Stayed for a couple of days. Overall, a positive experience. The only downside is they charge for WIFI service. The bathtub ... was partially clogged hence there was pooling. The service was excellent and so was the food. The staff was very professional and well trained and catered to the needs of the guests. The hotel is connected to a large shopping mall that made it very convenient especially with the 4th floor walkway. The mall houses a variety of restaurants and also a movie complex. The hotel also had a very nice and cozy sports bar.

Poor service, very far from airport

This is a reasonably nice hotel, but not a great location. It advertises that it is 40 minutes from the airport...but that is ... only true when there is no traffic in Manila, only from 1 AM to 6 AM. The rest of the time it can be close to two hours. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They failed to give a promised wake up call. They failed to provide a promised shuttle van ride from the airport. They were not very friendly at check in. The rooms are fine, though.

Go to Robinsons Supermarket next to Holiday Inn at Robinsons mall for food and snacks for use while in room as to avoid super high priced items that will rack up on your credit card. Also make sure to get any taxi drivers car no. or ID that picks you up in front of Holiday Inn in case you need to report them to Security at Hotel for overcharging or not taking you to where you were supposed to go.

Nice stay @ Holiday Inn Galleria Manila

Good location as the Holiday Inn is located at a centralized part of Manila allowing me to reach out and see many friends all ... over Metro Manila during my vacation. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Nice view on 14th floor looking east to bay. I stayed for a good rate that I got from Orbitz. Only setback was what Holiday Inn charged me for items consumed in room. DO NOT CONSUME SNACKS OR DRINKS FURNISHED BY HOLIDAY INN! Unless you have deep pockets. I will see about staying at Holiday Inn Galleria Manila again.

This was a very special trip for me. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked questions and they were always ... happy to give me a answer. My plane arrived late due to several delays so I wasn't able to check in until after midnight. I would have liked a break on the price, but who wouldn't? The room was clean and quiet. House keeping did a great job, but they forgot to leave clean towels once. A minor detail. All I had to do was call and they brought towels in a matter of minutes. Overall it was a great experience. A very nice location near restaurants and shopping. Being able to walk into a mall right from the hotel was great. I had access to anything I needed. I was able to leave my room and go buy flowers for my fiancee'. It was really nice. The room was clean and big. The bed was comfortable. The 24 hour room service was also very nice. The food was good and wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. House keeping worked around my schedule, which was very nice. They asked when they could clean the room. Very good service. Check out was quick. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

My fiancee and I stayed there for a week and the staff was verty friendly and helpfull. Room sevice was prompt and poliet, ... the food was great and very well priced. This is a grweat place to stay and we will definately stay there again!

it was good overall,very expensive breakfast i thought it would be free with my resevation.the staff was great,next to mall ... there are cheap eats there.the bar area was great i found a place i can smoke a cigar or cig.try not to get a room facing the street very noisy.i would stay again

Could not fault a single thing! Fantastic buffet breakfast, room service staff were friendly and charming. Lovely smiles ... from the girl at the lobby who opened the door for me each day on my exit. Great live entertainment each evening in the bar, don't miss The Members who play on Wednesday nights. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Manila, price was very reasonable too. 10 out of 10

My room was big, my room was located where my view to the EDSA HWY and ortigas st was spectacular. the bed was comfortable, ... the lighting at the desk was just right for doing paper works and reading.The hotel staff were very accomodating.The Gym was very good, all the free wt. that i needed were there and all the necessary ex. machines. The breakfast was OK. The access to the adjacent mall was very pleasant, truly a good place to try various type of filipino foods and shops In and out of the hotel was very convenient.Getting a taxicab was very organized.

Holiday Inn galleria Manila was very nice hotel just like stay at Holiday Inn in USA The Room was appointed very nice and ... comfortable good lighting and very functional furniture. The bathroom was great with lots of good hot water and good water pressure.Spa Gym and pool area easy acces. Breakfast Buffet was fabulous great service and excellent food.

The Holiday Inn Galleria was very comfortable, the room seemed much larger than most with a desk area and a table and two ... chairs. The bathroom was large enough with a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes and they provided one suitcase stand. The location was very good -- adjacent to a large mall but also very close to other shopping areas in Metro Manila

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room is very spacious and the staff are very friendly. We had ... a corner room and it gave us a panoramic view of the city. The location is very convenient for what we planned to do during our stay. It would be nice if they have a make up mirror in the bathroom. The bathroom can also use aditional lighting. It is impossible to put make up on in the bathroom because of lighting. We tried the lunch buffet but it was very disappointing. It does not meet international standard. The grilled shrimp and grilled squid were very dry and tough.The roast pork was very fatty. The dessert table didn't offer any local flavour. It does not compare with the very good dinner buffet that we had at Manila Pavilion.

had a great experience, the doormen were very pleasant and helpfull, and treated my guests with respect and dignity. ... Nice room, good view, will stay again at this hotel on next trip. only downside, the dining, 4th floor, didnt care too much for staff in dining room. Unhelpfull, was my first trip, had no idea way things worked there, and didnt get much help from staff. But so many other places to go eat, who cares about rude dining room staff.
