The hotel was OK but a complimentary breakfast would have been nice. If not. they should have put a fridge in the room so we ... could stored some breakfast items. We also were told that we were going to have a king sized bed and ended up with 2 double beds instead. It was so uncomfortable that my husband and I had to sleep in seperate beds.

Okay, but inconvenient
NAMM attendee Jan 19, 2010
The room and pool courtyard were nice. For this, I believe it was a better value than equivalently priced hotels near Disney ... and the Anaheim Convention Center. However, I was attending a trade show and the shuttle bus was infrequent and often very late when picking up at the Center. I won't use it again. On the other hand, there is a medium-sized health food grocery and several fastfood and sit down restaurants and 3-4 shopping centers within walking distance. Lots of dining and self-catering options. This would be a fine hotel if you plan on driving to your destination, but not so great if you want to use their transport.

We had a mix up and were not able to stay in a room with double beds like we had reserved, the first night. The staff was ... very friendly and with the help of [...] who was also wonderful to work with we were able to clear everything up for the next evening. The hotel is older, but is a beautiful hotel and the rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was a amazing.

Anaheim Park Hotel Review
Steph So.Cal. Dec 29, 2009
Very nice hotel. Had nice amenities but rooms are very old like a regular motel establishment. Certainly not bad but appears ... to be something that it is not. We heard that it is an old Holiday Inn and it looks to be just that. Again, not bad but not what it appears to be online.

Disneyland or Bust Dec 17, 2009
Hotel was next to everything. Staff was not very friendly. There were many conferences and holiday parties planned during our ... stay at this hotel. These conferences and parties were next to the lobby or down the hall in the area were we needed to go to be picked up or returned from our Shuttle. The Shuttle Drivers will take you 5 miles around the area for free but on their schedule and this does not include Disneyland. Disneyland is around their schedule. Pickup and delivery every two hours after 10:00 a.m. before 10:00 a.m. it is at 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. depending on the season. Internet and breakfast was included BUT for a high PRICE. NO refridgerator or microwave.

It's me Dec 14, 2009
TV did not work at all. Shower head was loose on the stand pipe. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. The room and ... bed were clean, the towels were nice and fresh and clean. With a little more attention to details this could be a top notch place. The front desk staff are professional and friendly which is a huge asset for any hotel.

Anaheim Park Hotel is a great value!
Travel goddess Dec 9, 2009
Best description of this hotel: "faded glory". Beautiful fountains and marble in lobby and courtyard, but some things ... beginning to be run-down or aging. The automated wake-up call did not work, despite repeatedly mentioning this to staff, GFI switch in bathroom tripped every time bathroom light turned off (meaning that charging camera battery did not charge). Wallpaper in bathroom was damaged. However, room was clean, staff very friendly. 10-15 minute walk gets you to restaurants and shopping. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel for the price.

Quiet and Comfortable
Jill Nov 2, 2009
We arrived on Halloween weekend. We checked in late, around 11pm, but were checked in right away with no problems. The place ... was quiet; almost as if no one was staying there. The lobby was pretty. The rooms were decent and spacious enough for two people. The bathroom was clean. We didn't have to pay for parking, which was awesome. They had shuttle service, but we didn't use it because we drove. I felt bad because the place was a bit empty for a really good-priced hotel with a good location. It was just 2 miles away from Disneyland and very close to other fun places like Knotts Berry Farm, Garden Walk shops, etc. I will probably stay here every time I visit the OC area. The only bad thing was that the pillows were too soft--goose feathers. They hurt my neck.

Great location & price for Anaheim
Antonius Oct 31, 2009
This hotel has an ideal location & price for central Anaheim activities for being located in Fullerton. Very close to ... Disneyland without the Disneyland area hotel prices. We attended a seminar & we asked if we could delay the check out. There was no problem with that whatsoever. We liked the the interior decor of the hotel lobby & restaurant. We just happen to like the classical style. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend it.

nancy Jul 30, 2009
everything in room was damp, no refridgerator in room, shuttle to disneyland was every 2 hours and the driver did not wait ... for passengers! (we called it the prison bus). this hotel is in fullerton which in my opinion is pretty [*].. I wouldn't walk around at night outside the hotel. the bathtub wouldn't drain so our showers were very short. the room was outdated, in bad shape and very humid.
