We were slightly hesitant when we pulled up and saw that the hotel was under construction. We were surprised that they didn't ... tell us that when we called to see if we could get into our room a few hours early (we did). In the end the construction didn't really affect our stay other then one of the exits to the parking lot was closed. Over all the room was quiet and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast buffet. Much of the usual fare but a few extras like fresh sausage that made it special.

Steinmart, Noodles & Company and other great shopping and eating places about 2 miles as you take a left coming out of hotel. Lots of convenient coffee shops--if thats your thing close to hotel.

Panos Rotisserie Restuarant right next door. Nice, quiet, excellent food and drink. Recommend the ribs and chicken.
--Thomas, Onalaska Jun 17, 2008
Several stip malls with stores such as TJ Maxx, Chico's, etc... Brookfield Mall just down the street. If you like to shop, this is a great place to stay. Also several good restaurants in the area.

There was nothing fantastic about the hotel but I had no problems either. Good location. The room was fine. Reasonable ... price for what I got. I'd stay here again. However, I wouldn't hessitate to stay somewhere else where I thought I'd be getting a better deal.

This is the 2nd time @ this hotel and it was as comfortable as the first time. This hotel offers nothing extraordinary but ... EVERYTHING is above average, which, to me, is great! Double queen beds are getting harder to find and this hotel has quite a few. Amenities are top notch.

Robert Sep 1, 2008
The Quality Inn of Brookfield, Wisconsin was the worst hotel stay I have EVER had!!! The Staff, including the manager, were ... very unfriendly, unhelpful, and down-right mean during my time of a family emergency! I will never stay at another CHOICE HOTEL again!!!

Not worth the price
Michelle Jul 27, 2008
The elevator not located in a very convienent spot. Continental breakfast was o.k. like it is in most Hotel chains. ... Bathrooms could have used a better cleaning---very scummy bathtub and hairs on the floor. It was easy access off and on the main road to Hotel. No need to stay here again.

Nice stay with minimal problems.
Thomas Jun 17, 2008
Very freindly staff. Excellent restaurant next door. The only problem I had was the one time I needed the internet for a ... quick work project, it was down. They borrowed parts to another person staying in the motel. Good for him, bad for me. Otherwise a solid motel for the money.

accomadating staff
Susan Jun 9, 2008
Quality Inn Brookfield is convenient to shopping, and many restaurants with easy access to Interstate. Staff were very ... accomadating. Room was comfortable but could have used a thorough cleaning. Basics were taken care of, i.e. vacuuming, dusting, cleaning toilet/tub, but walls, doors and windows had been neglected for some time, and the carpet could have used a good shampooing. (Unsightly stains in several places) We stayed 3 nights, room was cleaned once. Had to ask for clean towels and coffee. I would probably not reccomend this hotel to a friend due to lack of cleanliness.

Quality Inn Brookfield was convinent to the interstate & there are several affordable resturants close. The breakfast ... offered at the hotel was limited & the area too small for the number of guest trying to eat every morning. My room was comfortable.

Good Location for the Price
Edward Jul 23, 2007
Went back for 50th high school reunion. At a place that used to be called Gerke's Corner far from town, now in suburbia. ... Hotel has plusses and minuses, but serve purposes very well. Plusses were helpful friendly staff, comfortable room, continental breakfasts. Minuses were poor access off highway, broken ice machines. No big deal.

Great location
Mark Jul 22, 2007
The Quality Inn in Brookfield, Wi is easy to get to from I-94. The rooms are small and didn't offer any ammenities such as a ... small refrigerator. The breakfast area was very unorganized and ran out of coffee both mornings we were there. They had 6 decanters for coffee so I wouldn't have expected that to happen. I would not stay at the Quality Inn again
