The LivINN Suites Hotel has become to be known as Cincinnatis Best Value Hotel. Each of its 130 guests rooms are well appointed for those staying on either a daily or weekly basis. Checked in late with no problems, great clean hotel, hear a pin drop quiet. Staff was very helpful and courteous. I will ... definetly stay here next trip!

The room was ok for the price. There were burn holes in the blankets and sheets and none of the vending machines would ... work. The wi-fi is nice to have and the front desk staff was generally friendly. For the money, it will do, but don't expect anything great.

The stay was exceeding what I was expecting. We went with this hotel instead of the normal 100$ plus hotels we normally stay ... at to save a little money. The check-in went smoothly we got there late around 8:30 and didn't get hit with a late check in charge. Room looked clean and not run down. There were granite counters around the stove and microwave. The bed slept great. I investigated breakfast the next morning to find waffle mix setting next to a waffle iron. It was nice to have a warm breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to a friend and next time we go to perfect northern slopes we'll stay here again.

This Hotel is very clean and quiet which is what I need since I come here each week to Cincinnati Ohio. One thing that would ... be nice is a few more amenities such as lotion, better grade of kleenex and toliet paper. Other than that it is a great place to stay while I am away from home.

Pros: The room was clean. The staff was courteous. Cons: I was unable to reserve a non-smoking room, and when I arrived ... only smoking rooms were available, with a noticeable smell. Parking was inconvenient - there was a single large parking lot in front, so I needed to walk a long distance to get to my room. This reflects more on the other guests than on the hotel, but I was kept up late in to the night due to doors slamming and people talking in the hallways.

Check the mattress out before accepting the room if having a firm mattress is important. There were a number of restaurants of different price ranges nearby - we chose Macaroni Grill and enjoyed it. The food and drink in the continental breakfast was OK, but would really have preferred some protein other than milk -- peanut butter for bagels or toast, and yogurt.

The hotel is only 5 minutes from fast-food to fine dining. It's the same distance to all major department stores as well. The hotel provides you with a map to all major local attractions.

Drive was very easy to and from Kings Island Amusement Park. Many restaruant options close by. Call in advance if you make reservations other than direct to assure they get them entered before you arrive.

If going to Kings Island you can get your hand stamped & get back in on the same day, it was great to go to the room take a nap, go to dinner & then come back for some night rides & fireworks. Also if you buy tickts on-line you get 2 days per person for the price of 1.

If you are traveling to Kings Island, it is only 16 min away from the park and has a variety of restaurants close by. For the price and excellent room it is worth the stay
