At Planet Hollywood, the Drinks Are On Us! Receive a complimentary bottle of wine, champagne or spirits from the "Drinks Are On Us" menu with every stay!

Welcome to the house that fame built. Hip, modern, decidedly dramatic and the centerpiece of the Las Vegas Strip, Planet Hollywood Resort Casino is more than the newest resort in town. It's the shopping, dining, and gambling destination of choice for the city that celebrates celebrity.

Over 2500 super-chic new rooms and suites feature Sheraton Sweet Sleeper beds, hi-def television, and a truly unique PH touch: on display in every room, the most extensive collection of movie memorabilia in the world - over 8,500 pieces in all.

Planet Hollywood Resort Casino has all the action you can handle, with three acres of gaming, a variety of table and slot games, a huge poker room, The Playing Field race and sports book, and the scintillating Pleasure Pit, with beautiful women dealing blackjack, clad in sensual lingerie, while go-go dancers cavort overhead.

Enjoy headlining performances at the 7,000-seat Theater for the Performing Arts, home to both Miss America Pageant and Miss USA Pageant, and stage of choice for the biggest music acts in the world.

Sip wonderfully delicious signature cocktails in the Heart Bar at the center of the casino, or check out who's being taped from Extra Lounge - home to the Vegas bureau of the insanely popular TV show, EXTRA! Catch the big game and a big brew at the Playing Field Lounge next to the race and sports book. Pose for your own close up with a favorite co-star at the intimate Living Room. Or go where Hollywood moves to a Miami vibe in the city's most exclusive club, Prive'.

Shop the 170 fabulous retail venues and 15 additional restaurants that make up our Miracle Mile Shops. Check out the specialty stores including retail brands such as Urban Outfitters, Ben Sherman, Quiksilver, bebe, Sephora, French Connection, Betsey Johnson and H&M. Entertainment options are endless thanks to V Theater and the Steve Wyrick Theatre containing Steve Wyrick: Real Magic. Dining highlights include Pampas Churrascaria Brazilian Grille, Todai Sushi & Seafood Buffet, ASIA Nightlife & Dining, Lombardi's Romagna Mia, La Salsa Cantina, Cheeseburger Las Vegas, Blondies Sports Bar & Grill, Trader Vic's and Hawaiian Tropic Zone. New exteriors and entrances plus a backlit water feature and huge LED sign with continuous streaming images highlight the ultra shopping area.

At the Planet Hollywood Spa by Mandara, give your skin and everything inside it the Hollywood treatment, with massages, facials, hair and nail treatments, tanning and more. Relax and pamper yourself. If one pool overlooking The Strip is good, then two pools, two hot tubs, and a seasonal poolside cafe must be even better. (Pool open 10am-6pm, pool bar 11am-6pm, snack bar 11am-5pm.)

The Chapel at Planet Hollywood is the perfect romantic spot to tie the knot.

Renowned comic Jason Alexander of the hit comedy sitcom "Seinfeld," performs his uproarious show "The Donny Clay Experience" at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino beginning February 11. "Donny Clay" is the world's fourth-best motivational speaker, and his seminars entail hilarious evenings full of comedy, music, self-help and partial nudity, all combined to leave you laughing as you discover the YOU inside of you. The show is an interactive, partially improvised comedy romp, combining song, video and comical moments.

A Beautiful Experience

Would recommend to a friend!

I was there for a convention at the Sands. The decore was upscale chic and beautiful, and extremely clean. Taxi Service(and ... Doorman) was great and prompt. Getting in and out of the Hotel was easy. The location was perfect and hassle free. The only thing I really would add is Coffee Stations; in the rooms,or the halls, or even in Foyer of Lobby near Elevator banks. quick self-service without going to find a restaurant!

Self parking is a NO-NO!

lighting bug Feb 4, 2010

We always rent a car and typically use self parking because of wait time for valet. Valet at this hotel is free (we didn't ... know) and I would definitely use it here. We used self parking and had to drag our luggage thru parking, the miracle MILE of shops then thru a portion of the casino - continuing down the escalator to checkin. We took a hot shower when we got to the room! The following days we used valet and it was relatively fast.

Excellent Honeymoon

Mon Feb 3, 2010

Would recommend to a friend!

Our honeymoon was AWESOME. Planet Hollywood was right in the center of the strip and made seeing all of the sites so easy. ... The only complaint was that when we arrived (9:45 p.m.) to the hotel they only had two staff members at the front desk and the line was long; so their was a wait. The lady who served us informed us that they did not expect such a crowd so late. We told her that we were on our honeymoon and she upgraded us to a bigger suite. We were on the 30th floor and got a view of the fountains at Bellagio, The Eiffel tower in front of Paris and could even see the mountains. The bed was extremely comfortable and room was always cleaned. They even called to check and see if we needed it cleaned when we went out and left the do not disturb sign on the door. There is so much to do in the mall downstairs and the restaurants and shops are very affordable. The timeshare sales person were becoming annoying but just tell them that you are under 25 and they give discounted tickets (as low as $5 per ticket) for shows at the V theater for taking 1 minute of your time. We stayed for a week so our resort fees were about $40+, but they give you a coupon book with so much freebies you can't loose. My wife and I especially enjoyed the FREE bottle of champagne. The next time we go to Vegas, we will definitely stay at PH again. TWO THUMBS UP!!!![...]

Was there to attend the Miss America Pageant. Theatre for pageant was wonderful. Hotel had good places to eat, shopping was ... convenient and the casino was fun. Would liked to have a coffee maker in room rather than having to dress and walk all the way to Starbucks and pay big for coffee. Ice bucket for room very very small. Planet Hollywood - Feel Like a Rock Star

LAT Jan 31, 2010

Would recommend to a friend!

Been to Vegas many times and thought I'd try a different place to stay. Got a great deal on the package, even over New Years. ... I called ahead for an early check in. We were able to check in at 1130am, a lot earlier than the 330pm check in time. We got a great room with a great view. The room was immaculate. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room itself was huge for being just a regular room. The bathroom had double sinks, a separate shower, tub, and toilet in a separate area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The casino was fun. The free drinks flowed like water (unlike across the street at another popular casino named for a city). I am planning a trip to Vegas next year and I will be booking at PH again. If you love sushi, you must eat at KOI. Avoid Planet Dailies like the plague, unless you like 30 TVs on at the same time on different stations and a whole lot of noise. I did like PF Changs and there is a Starbucks right next to it. So many food options.

Sign up for their A-List club and receive a bunch of free comps. You will also get more coupons to use in the attached Miracle Mile shopping center. Be sure to pick up your coupon book there because it had many free offers (no purchase necessary), BOGO meals, drinks, etc. Saved us a lot of money. Also, check out Los Cantina in Miracle Mile for breakfast $3.99 - 2 eggs, bacon or sausage, with potatoes, and tortillas. Delicious. Also, they had 99 cent bloody marys.

Great for girls weekend!

Girls Weekend Bosslady! Jan 28, 2010

Would recommend to a friend!

When we checked in, the front desk clerk upgraded our room so we'd be more comfortable with three people. The upgraded room ... was a great size (with a big bathroom - awesome for three girls!) and had a view of the Bellagio fountains. The housekeeping staff was great an unobtrusive (they seemed to do a great job of waiting until we were gone, but not making it obvious they were waiting). Free bottles of water were replaced every day. The door to the toilet had a handle that came off every so often and one of the two bathroom sinks had a drain plug that didn't really work, but those were minor problems in an overall spacious, clean, and well kept room.

Awesome hotel, even better price!

Adam Jan 26, 2010

Would recommend to a friend!

The hotel was at a great location and for a great price considering it was during a weekend that I went. I liked the vibe of ... the hotel, that being it was hip, young, but classy too. The room was a great size and the bathroom was spacious for me and my girlfriend who is very picky about bathroom area sizes. On top of all that, we receieved the 'bottles on us' package that let us choose a bottle of alcohol under their selected choices. We chose the Skyy Vodka bottle which was a great size and not a cheezy carry bottle. Service was prompt to get our luggage upstairs as well as down. My only concern was that I called to get a knife and fork to my room and was going to be charged 3 dollars to do so. Not a huge deal, but an inconvenience nonetheless. All in all, a great stay and recommended!

More towards the middle of the strip is a great section of outdoor bars and drink spots to go to, which will cost you signifigantly less than drinking or eating at the hotel bars and lobbies.

Quick tip

good value, nice hotel.....

pete in PA Jan 23, 2010

Would recommend to a friend!

Very satisfied overall. In town for INTL BLDRS SHOW & was leaning to embassy stes down street as i wasn't sure i wanted to be ... in middle of casino action all around. But, I didn't find it issue at all & it was better deal..included complmtry beverage (bottle) and slots credits. Rooms (bro-in-law stayed too) clean & quiet & decked out w/ neat memorabilia in display cases w/in rooms. Service very good, tho not top notch. But, all in all, a good value/experience. Other casinos & restaurants all over & w/in less than 1/4 mile walk. Across st from Bellagio..u can watch fountain show @ 40% of their room cost. Would visit PH again. But, it's not the place for family and kids due to casino & show/dancing action all around and on casino floor.

Recreation/Attractions tip, Short Walk

hotel has "miracle mile" of shops & restaurants w/in its complex but, many similar options are w/in short walk since PH is located in middle of strip. took trip to hard rock & buca de beppe (italian), (both 1/2 mi)for eats...each very good. if you're serios boutique shopper, visit Citi Center across st & just south a block...a neat place for serious upper-end "LABEL" shoppers.

yisus Jan 23, 2010

the hotel its a nice plac to stay but a could not recommend it cause its security system, it doesnt work to the costumers, ... someone stole my sister handbag and nobody do nothing in the hotel. so if u wanna play at the casino u are on ur own, cause theres not someone watching for your safety.

Not impressed Jan 21, 2010

Wanted a King, got two queen beds. Wanted adjoining rooms, only got same floor. Smell of smoke strong in my non-smoking room. ...

"Won't go back"

teacher girl Jan 19, 2010

We stood in line to check in for 70 minutes. When finally made it to our room for the first time, we found a dirty sock ... lying on the floor. The spa experience was also a disappointment. I want to pay for the actual pampering in the spa, not the Spa's products. Later we went to get ice and the machine was broken. Couldn't get a cup of coffee(gratis) after losing a quick $200 at a blackjack table. No wonder they had to sell to Harrah's.

Quick tip

good value, center strip

JTUTGOLF Jan 18, 2010

Great location for being middle of the strip. Decor is showing it's age. The rooms & hallways very dark. The drink on us ... program was great. The staff was very friendly. The casino was very good to us. The Buffet was ok, nothing special, pretty pricey, better food deals in the mall just outside the hotel. The show "V" was outstanding!

Money savers tip

Buy the 3day bus pass for $15, they stop right in the front of the hotel and you will be able to hop on and off. AVOID taxis they are extremely expensive and because traffic sucks the meter can add an extra $5 without you even moving.

--Mon, Bahamas Feb 3, 2010

Shopping tip, Short Walk

Great food and shops in the Miracle Mile Shopping attached to Planet Hollywood Hotel.

Dining tip, In Hotel

Pampas, located in the Miracle Mile Shops, is an absolute must. Great food and good environment. Expect to pay around $50 per person, but it is totally worth it. My favorite restaurant in Vegas.

--Nate, Tacoma, WA Feb 1, 2010

Money savers tip, In Hotel

Sign up for their A-List club and receive a bunch of free comps. You will also get more coupons to use in the attached Miracle Mile shopping center. Be sure to pick up your coupon book there because it had many free offers (no purchase necessary), BOGO meals, drinks, etc. Saved us a lot of money. Also, check out Los Cantina in Miracle Mile for breakfast $3.99 - 2 eggs, bacon or sausage, with potatoes, and tortillas. Delicious. Also, they had 99 cent bloody marys.

they give out free passes in the hotel where the nightclub you want to go to.

Money savers tip

We bought advance tickets for shows online thinking we might miss out if we waited with it being the holidays, but aside from the headliners (we saw Bette Midler), others in our group obtained same day 1/2 pice tickets for all the other shows including "Love".

Money savers tip, Short Walk

Instead of ordering room service or waiting forever on a buffet line, take a short walk to the adjoining indoor mall to eat at one of those restaurants. There's a great selection, and they're much more reasonably priced than the places in the actual hotel.

Improv at the Harrah's was a great show for a great price! Comedy that always entertains.

--Omac, Victorville, CA Jan 2, 2010

Must go to ticket discount booths (from an organization of 7 outlets along the Strip) for shows discounts along with savings on dinners. Never pay full/retail prices for shows.
