Getting in and out of the Hotel was easy. The location was perfect and hassle free. Self parking is a NO-NO!
lighting bug Feb 4, 2010
We always rent a car and typically use self parking because of wait time for valet. Valet at this hotel is free (we didn't ... know) and I would definitely use it here. We used self parking and had to drag our luggage thru parking, the miracle MILE of shops then thru a portion of the casino - continuing down the escalator to checkin. We took a hot shower when we got to the room! The following days we used valet and it was relatively fast.

Excellent Honeymoon
Mon Feb 3, 2010
Our honeymoon was AWESOME. Planet Hollywood was right in the center of the strip and made seeing all of the sites so easy. ... The only complaint was that when we arrived (9:45 p.m.) to the hotel they only had two staff members at the front desk and the line was long; so their was a wait. The lady who served us informed us that they did not expect such a crowd so late. We told her that we were on our honeymoon and she upgraded us to a bigger suite. We were on the 30th floor and got a view of the fountains at Bellagio, The Eiffel tower in front of Paris and could even see the mountains. The bed was extremely comfortable and room was always cleaned. They even called to check and see if we needed it cleaned when we went out and left the do not disturb sign on the door. There is so much to do in the mall downstairs and the restaurants and shops are very affordable. The timeshare sales person were becoming annoying but just tell them that you are under 25 and they give discounted tickets (as low as $5 per ticket) for shows at the V theater for taking 1 minute of your time. We stayed for a week so our resort fees were about $40+, but they give you a coupon book with so much freebies you can't loose. My wife and I especially enjoyed the FREE bottle of champagne. The next time we go to Vegas, we will definitely stay at PH again. TWO THUMBS UP!!!![...]

Was there to attend the Miss America Pageant. Theatre for pageant was wonderful. Hotel had good places to eat, shopping was ... convenient and the casino was fun. Would liked to have a coffee maker in room rather than having to dress and walk all the way to Starbucks and pay big for coffee. Ice bucket for room very very small. Had to refill several times a day.

Planet Hollywood - Feel Like a Rock Star
LAT Jan 31, 2010
Been to Vegas many times and thought I'd try a different place to stay. Got a great deal on the package, even over New Years. ... I called ahead for an early check in. We were able to check in at 1130am, a lot earlier than the 330pm check in time. We got a great room with a great view. The room was immaculate. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room itself was huge for being just a regular room. The bathroom had double sinks, a separate shower, tub, and toilet in a separate area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The casino was fun. The free drinks flowed like water (unlike across the street at another popular casino named for a city). I am planning a trip to Vegas next year and I will be booking at PH again. If you love sushi, you must eat at KOI. Avoid Planet Dailies like the plague, unless you like 30 TVs on at the same time on different stations and a whole lot of noise. I did like PF Changs and there is a Starbucks right next to it. So many food options.

Sign up for their A-List club and receive a bunch of free comps. You will also get more coupons to use in the attached Miracle Mile shopping center. Be sure to pick up your coupon book there because it had many free offers (no purchase necessary), BOGO meals, drinks, etc. Saved us a lot of money. Also, check out Los Cantina in Miracle Mile for breakfast $3.99 - 2 eggs, bacon or sausage, with potatoes, and tortillas. Delicious. Also, they had 99 cent bloody marys.

Great for girls weekend!
Girls Weekend Bosslady! Jan 28, 2010
When we checked in, the front desk clerk upgraded our room so we'd be more comfortable with three people. The upgraded room ... was a great size (with a big bathroom - awesome for three girls!) and had a view of the Bellagio fountains. The housekeeping staff was great an unobtrusive (they seemed to do a great job of waiting until we were gone, but not making it obvious they were waiting). Free bottles of water were replaced every day. The door to the toilet had a handle that came off every so often and one of the two bathroom sinks had a drain plug that didn't really work, but those were minor problems in an overall spacious, clean, and well kept room.

Awesome hotel, even better price!
Adam Jan 26, 2010
The hotel was at a great location and for a great price considering it was during a weekend that I went. I liked the vibe of ... the hotel, that being it was hip, young, but classy too. The room was a great size and the bathroom was spacious for me and my girlfriend who is very picky about bathroom area sizes. On top of all that, we receieved the 'bottles on us' package that let us choose a bottle of alcohol under their selected choices. We chose the Skyy Vodka bottle which was a great size and not a cheezy carry bottle. Service was prompt to get our luggage upstairs as well as down. My only concern was that I called to get a knife and fork to my room and was going to be charged 3 dollars to do so. Not a huge deal, but an inconvenience nonetheless. All in all, a great stay and recommended!

More towards the middle of the strip is a great section of outdoor bars and drink spots to go to, which will cost you signifigantly less than drinking or eating at the hotel bars and lobbies.

Very satisfied overall. In town for INTL BLDRS SHOW & was leaning to embassy stes down street as i wasn't sure i wanted to be ... in middle of casino action all around. But, I didn't find it issue at all & it was better deal..included complmtry beverage (bottle) and slots credits. Rooms (bro-in-law stayed too) clean & quiet & decked out w/ neat memorabilia in display cases w/in rooms. Service very good, tho not top notch. But, all in all, a good value/experience. Other casinos & restaurants all over & w/in less than 1/4 mile walk. Across st from Bellagio..u can watch fountain show @ 40% of their room cost. Would visit PH again. But, it's not the place for family and kids due to casino & show/dancing action all around and on casino floor.

We stood in line to check in for 70 minutes. When finally made it to our room for the first time, we found a dirty sock ... lying on the floor. The spa experience was also a disappointment. I want to pay for the actual pampering in the spa, not the Spa's products. Later we went to get ice and the machine was broken. Couldn't get a cup of coffee(gratis) after losing a quick $200 at a blackjack table. No wonder they had to sell to Harrah's.
