Room was very nice and clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Wish the room had a refrigerator. Hotel restaurant a bit ... pricey.

Great quick trip in Chicago

For my first time in Chicago, this Doubletree Hotel was very helpful and upscale. They give you a warm chocolate chip cookie ... upon arrival! The room was clean, neat, and had a large flat-screen TV in it. And their free shuttle bus took me to a local nail shop for free! They were great!

The Double Tree Hotel in Alsip was very nice, safe, clean and comfortable. I would recommend it for families, business, ... women traveling alone.

You need a car if you want to go shopping or do anything other than saty in the hotel. Nothing is within walking distance. Forest recreation area and paths near by
