The hotel is in a great location. Close to the airport, close to 'Golf' Metra station (walking distance)and close to some ... good places where you can eat. The room was clean and taken care of however, the overall feeling that you get when u arrive at the hotel is that of a cheap hotel. What I didn't like is the kind of people that checked in (one night kind of ladies) and just made me sick thinking that before I came one of them could have been in my bed as well. The fact that the rate was good I guess, gives me no right to complain :) Oh, another thing i didn t like is that there is no microwave or fridge in the room.

The hotel was nice, the area was not the greatest experience. Know your stops when you get off the train, so you do not have ... to walk around Morton Grove in the middle of the night.

it was an inn simply like a motel but better. it was a simple hotel with basic rooms. i was just there for a short vacation ... and it was good enough for a simple room.

Visiting Northwestern University was about a 20 minute drive (7 miles). Train stations were about one mile away for getting ... downtown (METRA & CTA). Stayed at the Super 8 a block away and it was awful compared to our experience here. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was decent for the money, and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping staff and front desk clerk were friendly ... and personable. Mini fridge and microwave in the room were a great convenience. The only complaint I would have is that the bathroom toilet and floor weren't as clean as it should have been.

This is your standard, no frills Best Western. The room was comfortable and very clean. Since I arrived in winter, I would ... have expected better snow removal. I almost slipped and fell when walking to my room. The staff was also a bit aloof. But it's a good value for the money. Nothing special, but fine.

Although the front desk clerk was very nice, I was disappointed to not be aware that it was a motel with doors to the ... outside, and as a woman staying alone, I was uncomfortable with that. THere was a hair hanging off the towel rack. I did like the free wireless.

The Best Western Morton Grove was safe, clean,quiet, and was staffed by helpful people. The location is convenient (near ... major arteries) if you have a car, but isn't much of a destination in itself. It includes a good, healthy and hearty breakfast and has an adequate fitness room and free parking. The big advantage is that it is a great value for staying in metropolitan Chicago. As long as you have a car, or want to use the nearby train, the city is accessible from the Morton Grove Best Western. I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it as a good value. Just don't expect frills--it is clean, safe and basic, and has a friendly staff.

The Best Western Morton Grove was easy to find and in a convenient location for what I needed to do. There was shopping ... close by and a large fitness center also. I enjoyed the local ethnic dining options.

The Best Western Morton Grove was very basic. The location was an easy walk to the Metra train. The room was nice, ... clean and quiet. Upon check in the clerk was very friendly and helpful. She was very accommodating. She also helped with directions, and printed off a train schedule for us for the 3 days we were there. The breakfast was fine, but not much to choose from. The first morning at breakfast the attendant was very good at re-filling breakfast items and keeping the area clean. The next 2 mornings a different attendant was on duty, and he did not do anything until asked.

There are only 2 floors and no elevator. The rooms are a good size with a microwave/refrigerator/coffee maker in the room, a ... nice tv/armoire, desk & chair and another chair to sit in or put stuff on. The bathroom was pretty nice with a separate area for the toilet and bathtub/shower area, even though the tub seems really low to the ground. Our toilet clogged up and my husband had to go down & get a plunger from maintenance. There is a small fitness room and the lobby is small but has enough tables and chairs for guests to sit and have their free continental breakfast. Coffee, expresso & cappacino is available 24hrs. Driving to downtown Chicago was quick & fairly easy and it wasn't far from Six Flags either.

There is a pretty wide variety of places to eat from a quick burger place to a nice little italian restaurant and a Champs Sports Bar & Grill which had good food and games to play like pool and darts.
