Not a good deal afterall

The rooms are generally nice, however our tiny sliver of a window faced into a concrete slab from the indoor parking garage. ... It made the room appear dark and drab. There was also a charge for internet service and the worst of all was a $22 a day charge for parking; which was never told to us nor was it posted anywhere. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was excellent. They had a nice workout center. I would like it if they explained their charges a little better. ... There was a $30 "incidentals" charge which they tell me will be refunded back to my account. They didn't tell me that it's taken out of the account after I leave then reimbursed later. But overall, the hotel is very spacious, excellent room & a good time.

If dining in the city, St. Elmos is a great choice for steak. We also recommend the Squiggly Noodle if you like Jazz. The food was very good and the music was awesome.

Nice room, but should be more for the price. Room rate plus tax, plus parking, plus internet fee. If it's first class, it ... should have first class amenities rather than having their hand in your pocket at every turn.

Awesome hotel for a low price

Everything was excellent except the room was cold and the heater was inefficient and noisy. Check in and housekeeping staff ... were way above par and extremely courteous. I will definitely stay here again. The room was large and the price was extremely low.

Check in was longer than I had hoped, but it was a big event day in Indianapolis, and the hotel was busy. Our room was ... beautiful, clean, and HUGE! Very comfortable. Nice bathrooms. Desk helped us with passes to local bars and were great with directions.

This hotel was awesome for the price and location. The service was very good and the room was spotless. We walked to the ... activities in town and to the local restaurants. The only bad thing was the valet parking fee ($22 a night). We parked on the street which was free after 6:00pm on Friday. We stayed until Sunday and our car was parked right outside the hotel on the street. We would definitely go there again.

The Hilton was great. A friend and I went to Indianapolis for a girls weekend, neither of us had been to Indianapolis before ... and the Hilton could not have been in a better location. It was next to everything. We didn't drive anywhere, we just walked.

The hotel's great rate was overshadowed by the $22.00 per day parking at their parking garage. Otherwise a wonderful place ... and the staff was very helpful. Be sure to check out the pool - very quite and NOT full of kids - perfect for an anniversary or special celebration for adults.

The hotel is very centrally located. I recommend finding parking on the street (free on Friday after 6 and all day Sat. and ... Sunday) otherwise it will cost you $22 for each 24hrs your in the garage (in and out privlidges). Otherwise very nice & comfy, very quite, close to the mall and restaurants. Also a very quick walk to White River Park.

My husband and I enjoyed the long weekend getaway. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. The room ... was clean, comfortable and quiet. We stopped at the restaurant bar in the location for a night cap and the bar service was great. Perfect location. We enjoyed staying downtown and being able to walk to restaurants and drinking establishments. We will return again. Great friendly people!!!

Perfectly located near everything in downtown Indianapolis. We walked to dinner and the baseball field. The rooms were huge ... and had nice skyline views. Only downside was the big city parking garage that smelled and was difficult to navigate in a normal sized car.
