Was the perfect hotel for our trip.
Omar Jan 4, 2010
I would like to start by saying I usually stay at much more luxurious hotels but do to it being a short notice trip (friend ... called up and said lets go)this hotel had to do for the price. I was not sure of what I would be getting my family into but I have to say I was not disapointed. The rooms are divided in the middle by the bathroom which is good for a bit of privacy. The front door of the rooms faces a view of the mountains and the back door faces the river, very nice. As my original thought would be walking through enclosed hall ways to get to your front door or might not have a balcony, but this is not so, every room has both. The room was very clean which was one of my main concerns. Also the hotel is out of the main street so there is no noise of traffic or other attractions. If you have never been to pigeon forge there is attractions all down the main road full of people so becarefull of staying in one of those hotels or you will hear noise all night long. Also the parking lot is located under the hotel, it rained the days we where there so this was a very nice thing to have. Con's dont expect luxury, 1 elevatory, it is what it is for a very good price.

Attractions are expesive, it was ten dollars for my three kids to ride one kiddy train that went around the track 3 times.

Great location off the main road. Balconys over look the river. Very relaxing. I think the rooms were great, the bathroom was ... on the small side but that didn't bother us. I loved the 2 beds separated by a wall, a little extra privacy that you don't get with most rooms.

This was the first family vacation that we have taken in almost 5 years. We can in late on Christmas Eve and stayed until ... Sunday. My kids (ages 13 & 14) enjoyed the trip we took to Caves cove and the ice skating at Ober Gatlinburg. Me and my husband did not get the children Christmas presents this year instead we gave them memories that will last for a life time.

Grandma Sep 10, 2009
Only slept there. Small rooms, tiny bathroom only 1 step from bed, beds were uncomfortable. Walls very thin. Had a man ... upstairs from us, talking out on balcony and in the room till the wee hours, kept us awake. Pool was across the street. Did not have an indoor pool or hot tub. Was very disappointed. Also think I paid too much booking online. Probably could have gotten for far less had I been a walk in.

It was wonderful. It was the getaway we dreamed of. Sitting on the balcony sipping coffee watching the river. Going out into ... the Smokies to see the mountains. The cool weather. Very clean and friendly. Cereal, coffee, donuts, oatmeal for breakfast. The mini kitchen was an added treat. Perfect for a couple.

While me and my family were visiting Pigoen Forge, TN we traveledaround town and explored everything we could possibly find ... to do. the one thing we all hated about the trip was lack of english speaking employees at resturant it was very hardto understand them but we got though t. compared ot other vacation me and my family have taken i would rather fly some where and spend more time where i know we wont spend much money because we stay at resorts where everything is included in one price.
