Stayed there the night before we had to fly home, after a two week vacation. It was very nice to have the shuttle take us to ... airport the morning we had to leave. We ate in the lounge and the food was very good. The breakfast buffet was good and there was much to choose from. Thought the price was high for the hotel.

Our flight arrived in Boston at 1:00 am. Didn't get to bed until 2. Our floor was quiet, but a wedding party was noisy on ... other floors. Alarm clock woke us up less that an hour after going to sleep. Quick check in and out. Industrial neighborhood look for food else where. Decent breakfast, but nothing special. Good 24 hour shuttle service.

Good for one night near Logan
OHM Jul 29, 2009
I booked this hotel because of it is close to Logan and advertised a disabled access room. I was assisting my mother with ... travel from MA to CA after surgery (plus she is disabled but I did not have a wheelchair for her). The room was very nice, but it was really far from the elevator. Otherwise, really pleasant staff, adequate continental breakfast in a very spacious common area of the hotel & great shuttle service. The shuttle was on time and, if you want dinner, will take you to a restaurant in outer Boston, or to the train station.

For anovernight stay this hotel was OK
The visitor Jul 26, 2009
My first impression as I walked in was "Not sure I really want to stay here" as there was nothing close by accept the Fed Ex ... terminal. The check in area was dirty looking and staff not dress professionally. Accept for the eating area, the hotel looked like it needed to be thoroughly cleaned and swept as debre was all over the floor and the business room was messy. Staff were polite but not overly friendly. The room was a nice suprise as it was clean and more updated. If you need somewhere to just crash for the night this is an OK hotel for the money. They do offer some type of a shuttle service, however, not exactly sure where all it went as there really was no information given out or in the room. The continental breakfast was very good.

We toured all of Boston and the hotel was in a great location from everything we saw and close to the airport. It was clean ... and everyone was friendly--the people at the desk, maids, drivers of the shuttle. The only thing that wasn't good was we didn't get a wake-up call one morning which we had requested. Other than that, it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had!

We stayed at the end of our trip due to the location near Logan Airport, but would have been happy to stay throughout. The ... shuttle service was extremely efficient, we never had more than a few minutes waiting time, and took us to the train and airport as needed. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Staff was helful and friendly.

Unfortunately, I only slept here a few hours. The room I booked was HUGE as was the bath; it would have easily fit my family ... with a roll away to accommodate us all. The bed was very comfy with several pillow depths to choose from made sleeping very comfortable. The shuttle was prompt and desk staff very helpful. I would definitely stay here again - for biz or pleasure.

When booking through Orbitz, a month in advance, I clicked on for a non-smoking room. When I checked in they said they only ... had a smoking room available. Since I booked through a third party they don't guarantee that you will receive a non-smoking room... just a room. Very Disappointing!!!

Have the shuttle take you to the Wood Island T stop to get you virtually anywhere in Boston for $2! Or you can buy an all day pass for $9. Call the hotel when you get back to Wood Island and they will pick you up pronto.
