Great location, Beautiful Hotel!

The Custom House was much more than I expected. It's in the historic district right acros from Quincy Market. The building ... itself is historic and in it's heyday, this building must have been the most beatiful building in Boston. The architecture is spectacular. The nice thing is that the building is completely updated and renovated but the stateliness and old world charm is very much intact. Our suite was large with a living room and kitchenette and a seperate bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed. There were 3 closets in the suite. It was so nice and comfortable I could have lived there for a year with no complaints. Even though I didn't use it, there was a jack to plug in your computer to the internet. There were 2 TVs with DVD player. All n all, I consider this Hotel to be a great find, and I will be back there when in Boston.

Great Location

This was our 4th visit to Boston and each time we've stayed at different hotels (in different parts of town.) We found this ... to be the most conveniently located, with easy access to the wharf, aquarium and Quincy Market!! We had a 1-bedroom loft and while there was not a full-sized kitchen, the availability of the fridge and microwave were tremendous help with 3 small kids. We also utilised the gym, and appreciated the fact that laundry facilities were complimentary (common-use washers & dryers.) We would definitely choose to stay there again should we return to Boston.

The nearby Marriott Longwharf had an excellent buffet breakfast, with made-to-order omelette & waffle station!!
