Very friendly staff and excellent conciege service!! Lot's of fabulous stores and restaurants downstairs to choose from!! ... The only complaint is that there is no microwave in the rooms.

The hotel sits in the middle of a mega mall with every store chain ever heard of surrounding it. Just step off the elevator!!!!

my only crticism was that on saturday morning my daughter went to the breakfast buffet and when paying at the cash register ... the woman insisted on my daughter putting a tip on the charge to the room That is not kosher Thankfully my daughter knew better and refused

If you love to shop, this hotel is for you. Attached to the Florida Mall, the opportunity to shop to your heart's content is ... available for you. In addition, it is close to International Drive shopping and not far from Disney/Universal attractions.

I was visiting Orlando for the first time alone was a nice clean safe place to stay. The Florida Hotel room and hotel were ... clean and in a nice area it was nice to have a nice mall connected to the hotel but was so busy didn't get to shop. The staff was friendly and helpful.Was a positive experience.
