The Novotel Sante Fe Mexico is in a good location for business as that is what I was there for. The treatment I would get ... from some of the staff at the breakfast was absolutely terrible every morning. We decided to leave 2 days early just to get away from the hassles and again very poor service at the front desk. I will be travelling to Mexico many times in the next few years as I am setting up a business there I WILL NOT STAY IN THE NOVOTEL THERE OR ANYWHERE ELSE.
