Awful isn't bad enough to describe

We arrived at the hotel to find that there is a really loud club located in the lobby. The staff moved our room to the other ... side of the hotel, but when we went to look at it we discovered a filthy, outdated mess. There was pubic hair in the bathroom and bugs in the A/C, it also smelled terrible. We left and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express across the street.

Plenty good restaurants directly north of this hotel about 1 to 2 miles.

there are many restaurants to choose from. Pleasantly surprised by the quality food, particularly the seafood. Very fresh. ... Would reccommend this hotel. The "free breakfast" needs improvement. Scrambled eggs should be warm, preferably hot as well as the hash browns. With minor improvements on the breakfast buffet, this could be super hotel instead of pretty good.

Poor Ventilation

The rooms were clean, nice reastaurant good breakfast included. We stayed two seperate nights, the first night was great. The ... second night the room smelled like an ashtray. I requested a smoking room and as a smoker have stayed in other smoking rooms. I reported this to the desk clerk who stated the room was due for a deep cleaning, I believe there was NO ventilation in these rooms.
