Nice stay at the Shibuya Excel Tokyu

The hotel is not full service in the sense that there are no doormen waiting to collect your bags upon arrival, but I ... personally don't care so much about that. It took the check-in desk some time to locate my reservation, but other than that, the process was efficient. I asked for a larger room and received a complimentary upgrade. The room was quiet, incredibly clean, and the view was great. I'm definitely going to stay there again.
