Hotel Berchielli is located in the historical centre of the city. It stands on the right bank of the River Arno just moments walk away from the Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace, Piazza Signoria and the famous Brunelleschi Dome. The main train station Santa Maria Novella is just 800 metres away and for those arriving by car the hotel garage will take care of the parking directly on arrival at the hotel for a small charge. Beautiful

The hotel turned out to be the most beautiful one I stayed in during my entire stay. The room was large and the bathroom ... marble just beautiful. The location was very good, a few meters from Ponte Vecchio and teh center of Florence. The view of the river was terrific. The breakfast buffet is definitely the best ever, lots of choices. Everything was fresh and tasty. I love their Prosciutos.

Piazza San Lorenzo (the outdoor market) is only a few blocks away and the shops on the Ponte Vecchio are just a few steps away as well.
