"loved this hotel"

Loved this hotel - only complaint is that the staff at the front desk were incompetent and rude (but at least the concierge ... was kind and helpful) - other than that, our rooms were gorgeous, beautifully clean and energy efficient! Room service was fast and delicious, the bed was comfy - the hotel itself is a majestic building. Also, the artwork in the hallways was brilliantly curated, which was a great touch!

Don't be afraid to take the tram! Public transit in Manchester is easy to use, and there's a stop right by the hotel door. (The concierge has maps!)
