Have stayed in this Hotel before and was pleased with that trip...however this one was a different story. The location is ... great because it is very close to our friends home and we were here for an Anniversary Party at their home. We experienced a big disappointment which involved our reservations. [...] We were very surprised and disappointed from this Hotel's lack of interest and unwillingness to help resolve a very simple issue for a repeat customer. Hilton should definitely provide more Customer Service training to their personnel.

The service was incredible! [...] was the best! He checked me in, was very patient when I had to call with questions. The ... hotel is nice, the room was clean and well equipped, and the bed was THE most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Loved the pillows too!The only reason I took away a star was because you must park in a public parking garage, across the street from the hotel. Not a very safe feeling for a woman traveling alone, having to come in and out at night; and having to carry luggage. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience.

Weekend Getaway

This was a last minute getaway for myself and two friends. We stumbled upon three tickets to a formal dinner followed-by a ... Jazz Show at the Sandler Performing Arts center. The Hilton Garden Inn accomodations made a great trip, perfect. Classy, great location (walking distances from some of the best resturant, Mall, etc.). This trip has made Hilton my first choice for all future vacations.

The room smelled like mildew. It was awful. The white comforter on the bed was dirty. There was pubic hair on the ... comforter as well as in some of the towels. When we called to the front desk the lady was very friendly and sent someone to replace it. Unfortunately, the comforter they brought to replace it was worse than the first. It was filthy. We called back and instead of them giving us a new room they gave us a new comforter. This one however was clean and the housekeeper was very friendly and placed the comforter on the bed for us to inspect. The mall across the street from the hotel is horrible. Hardly any stores. The great thing about the location was that it was near Ruth Chris Steakhouse. Poor managment here. A lot of the guests were complaining. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

A very decent and average hotel. The room was clean and everything as it should be. The breakfast is great. You have to pay ... for it though. About 15 mins away from the beach but a very central location with free parking. Our room was next to the room with the vending machine and that could be heard through the wall. We stayed at the 7th floor and the cars from the road could be heard clearly too. It didn't bother my sleep, but there was a constant noise in the background.

This hotel was very comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. The first time we stayed we had an awful experience with the ... dining room. The food was fair and the service was absolutely awful. Their breakfast is fine. It was the dinner that was pretty disgusting. We have not eaten there since. The hotel itself, though, is very nice and has everything we need.
