the property offered everything we needed, including a shuttle to the parks. the staff was very friendly and the service was ... prompt. it really was perfect. we even cooked and enjoyed our thanksgiving dinner and their were 13 of us.

Didn't really use the pool or other facilities, we were busy the entire time we were there. It was great to be able to relax ... and not feel cramped in a one room hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Would visit again if in the area.

we were a group of fourteen all family. we rented three villas online when we arrived at nine pm we were so pleased at the ... service . we were checked in fast and given directions to the nearest walmart.the kids loved the pool and the game room. tv's in every room and clean towels in all baths. kitchen was well stocked for cooking and fridge was cold and clean.all and all we were pleased and had a great time! we will go back.

The villas are perfect for families, we had plenty of privacy and the convenience of washing our childrens clothes any time ... of day or night was perfect. We have two small children, so being able to move around freely to attend to their needs, with feeding, washing and cleaning their bottles and supplies, was much more convenient than if we would have stayed at a hotel without a kitchen,washer or dryer, easily accessible to us. What I did not like was the mattresses and bedding, it was very uncomfortable. They need to invest in much better matresses and bedding. It is especially important at a place like fantasy world, because many families do stay there with children and are usually on vacation to visit many of the theme parks in the area. It is dissappointing to come back and have uncomfortable nights after long, exhausting days visiting the parks. It also needs some updating. But besides the cheap mattresses, we enjoyed our stay and our children had a good time , taking advantage of the pool. I would probably try another resort, only to compare my future choices as far as comfort. But, fantasy world villas was a good choice for our family and needs.

The hotel room itself was nice size and clean. We were hoping for something a little closer to shopping and theme parks ... however. When we checked in we realized that the shuttle service offered ended approx. 3hrs prior to the park closing! When you have 3 children, you would like to maximize your time at the theme parks.

Our first impression was of friendly and informative staff and the sound of people having fun at the pool behind the welcome ... center. The villa isn't huge but laid out perfectly for a family. The supermarket and some restaurants are within walking distance so this is a great place for families that don't have a car. The resort provides free transportation to Disney, Universal, Sea World, and shopping. There were tennis courts too, which was really fun. Only the gym was lacking, and there was no transportation to Wet n Wild.

Do not go to the grocery store on Hart Avenue. Go down King's Heath road, and behind Burger King there is a real supermarket with great prices.

DisneyWorld Not Accessible

Was there something missing? YES! If you bought park hopper tickets to Disney World, forget it. You can't get there and ... you can't get back. The hotel describes "free shuttle" to DisneyWorld. We arrived early afternoon. No shuttle at that time. We wasted one day of our tickets (x3) or a total of about $250.00. If you don't go in the morning, you can't get there at all. If you want to come back after lunch, you can't. If you want to stay until the park closes, you can't. We were devastated. Also, shuttle was not free. There was a sign in the window of the shuttle thanking you for your $1.00 per person "tip." I can't emphasize enough how extremely disappointed we were with this service. The room was nice. The employees were nice. The shuttle (Sterling Shuttle Service) was another story. We will never book this kind of vacation again. After working two jobs and waiting 7-1/2 years to go to DisneyWorld, we missed out. Our funds are gone and we can't get them back. A vacation nightmare. Never again.

The entire complex needs to renovated. The ceiling leaked onto my child that was sleeping on the sofa bed. The extra ... bedding for the sofa bed carried in unpleasant order of not being clean. The matteress were old and worn-out.

We're accustomed to cramped, little hotel rooms, so the 2-bedroom townhouse was a real treat. It'll be tough to go back to ... anything smaller. The location was ideal--close to everything--while not on the main drag, so there was no traffic noise. The pool was open until midnight, and there was some noise there, but it didn't affect us. The main pool was crowded, but it was fun, with a bar and scheduled activities. There were two other pools available in other parts of the sprawling property (which we didn't use). We used the kitchen and laundry a lot. I scored the dining options a "5" even though there was no restaurant or breakfast available on site--better to have your own kitchen and a SuperTarget and restaurants galore nearby. Employees were nice--inflexible when I asked for a late checkout, but that's ok. There are plenty of signs of wear, especially the carpeting, but that's common in any place that's not brand new. I still would consider the townhouse to be clean and well-kept. They will try to sell you a time-share, but all you have to do is say "no" to avoid a presentation that most people wouldn't have time for during a vacation. I would consider it except I only go to Florida once every 10 years. Overall, my family and I were very happy with our experience.

my first time at fantasy was couple years ago. what a surprise when i got there and they have remodeled everything. it has ... always been the perfect place to stay when travel with family and we will keep staying there (as long as they don't raise the prices) affordable to share with the family. thanks!

Do NOT bother going to the timeshare pitch! It is very high pressure and what they give you in return is NOT worth it. They tell you it will be 90 min but in reality, it is 3 hours long!

Just a short drive to Mall at Millenia. Also close to several well maintained minature golf courses. Just a cost saving hint - DO NOT buy gas right off of I-4. The week of 3/2 - 3/9 it was $3.59 off of I-4 and $3.12 a mile down the road.
