Fabulous stay
Cam Nov 9, 2009
I attended a business conference at the Westin Hotel, just a 5 minute walk away from the villas. Shuttle rides are available, ... too. I found myself a little disappointed at the lack of a full restaurant, but did enjoy a light fare dinner and drinks next to the pool. The hotel has some nice restaurants, and another 5 minute walk past the hotel puts you at a mall with spectacular dining (eg Ra Sushi and Mastro's Ocean Club), and a Cheesecake Factory a little further still. Golfers will enjoy the links. They even had a bagpiper kicking off a tournament Friday morning. All in all a very enjoyable week.

The resort was beautiful and I was really glad to have stayed in the villas. My unit was very clean with full maid service ... daily. I enjoyed the spa tub at the end of a long day. Everyone was very accomodating. The setting was quiet and convenient to all amenities. I was more than pleased. A great value for the money.

Fabulous villas
HK travelers Sep 21, 2009
This is a villa resort that is right next to the Westin Hotel. They encourage you to use all the Westin's facilities which ... include restaurants, pools, spa, and lazy river pool. However, we thought that the pools at the villas and the service were even nicer. Very restful and relaxing. All the amenities you could ever want in the villa. Great service. Close by to shopping and good restaurants

We had a nice stay except for the unfortunate accident my wife had in stepping through a pool clean-out cover and badly bruising her leg. Other then that the stay was good.

Had an accident at the pool and the follow up was minimal at best. I get it. When someone gets hurt on your property you ... just want them to go away and that is what we did. It could have been muxh worse but the follow up le3ft something to be desired.

This Westin hotel offers tranquility, luxury, and it's a great place to spend time with family. The rooms are spacious, ... kitchen equiped, and with beautiful views. Children can enjoy a great family pool that has water sports and a water slide. The cabanas were a treat as well ... Fantastic all the way!!

Excellent!
Always Traveling May 11, 2009
The bad: The only bad thing about the place was the spotty wifi connection, but there was a traditional plug in connection ... available. Both were free. The neutral: Rooms aren't automatically serviced everyday, but are upon request at no additional charge. They leave written notification of this, but of course we didn't pay attention. It was very easy to correct. The great: The villas were spacious (read: huge!) and comfortable. The gas fire place was a very romantic and nice touch. The kitchen was fully equipped will full size appliances, and even silverware. The bathroom featured a huge shower with a door (as opposed to curtains which I hate), separate tub, double vanity, and separate toilet with lockable door). The balcony was large and well furnished, and there was a community grill that would be your non-cooking uncle's dream. The place was spotless. Parking was good. During the day it was easy to park right in front of the villa. The worst distance I had to contend with was about 500 ft away (returning really late at night). You also had access to everything in the nearby Westin Hotel & Resort.
