Our room was both clean and beautiful. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could want from good quality ... cookware to a juicer. The linens were soft and beds very comfortable. We even had a washer and dryer! The water park was a lot of fun, and the shuttle service was promt in taking us there. We will certainly stay there again. My only complaint is that it was VERY noisy in the front bedrooms. It seemed as if there was no soundproofing whatsoever. We were only there for one night, and wish it had been longer.

Hands down #1 in Orlando!!
NJ dad Jun 22, 2009
We stayed at the Runaway Beach Resort last year and had a wonderful experience. However, after staying at Reunion, I don't ... think I can even begin to compare the two resorts. We rented a 3 bedroom suite at Reunion and from the moment we drove in to the resort I was amazed with the place. For starters, the staff was extremely friendly - We requested a pack and play which they promptly brought to our villa. The actual villa was impeccable, very clean and full of amenities. The daily maid service was normally 2-3 people cleaning the entire unit and replacing towels etc.. My son loved the pool and the kiddie slides and I enjoyed the lazy river (though if you are serious about water slides I would go to Aquatica). This was sufficient for us. The tennis facilities were very nice though I was surprised that there is a $20 fee for its use. In either case, we paid and enjoyed the courts they had. They even left the lights on for us to come back and play some more at night. In short, if I ever go back to Orlando, this is the place that I'll be staying! On the cons side, the resort is HUGE and you have to have a car to get around from your unit to the pool or the restaurants. They do have a shuttle bus that offers that service though we never used it. The only other con I can think of is that I didn't see any shuttle services to Disney - We rented a car and did not need that anyway so it did not matter to us.

Absolutely Beautiful Resort!
Jennifer May 26, 2007
This resort was so beautiful! Everything you could need was either available at the resort or just a couple of minutes away. ... The Water Park was awesome! Rooms were very clean, the staff were all very friendly and responded quickly to any needs with just a phone call. We plan on going back in Sept. I highly recommend this resort to everyone and have already recommended it to several friends and family members.

My review of Ginn Reunion Resort
Krista Apr 29, 2007
Reunion Resort was just wonderful. We'll definitely stay here every time we go to Orlando. The villas are gorgeous, complete ... with flat screen TVs, granite kitchens, large bathrooms and the best bed I have ever slept on. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and living room for the same price or less than a single room at a Disney hotel. The waterpark, lazy river and pool area were terrific. You can spend a leisurely day there and take a nice break from the theme parks. They serve good food and drink by the pool at very reasonable prices. The water area is small enough to not be overwhelming, yet entertaining enough for kids. Because it's a new resort, it wasn't too crowded either. Our kids are 3 years and 1 year, however the area is definitely good for older kids too. Plus they have kids activities all day long as well. Housekeeping was very good. This is a luxury golf resort that is also kid-friendly (we didn't golf at all). The Disney area is a short and easy 7-10 min. drive away. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone.

There are restaurants, Disney shops & a Lego store where kids can play. Call restaurants for priority seating. Ghiradelli ice cream fountain is great. Bongo's: great mojitos, mediocre food. Wolfgang Puck's: good pumpkin raviolis. Rainforest Cafe: fun for kids & good food. Earl of Sandwich also good.
