The Ramada at Arrowhead Mall is on the grounds of Arrowhead Mall and provides hotel services to the Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, and Sun City areas of metro Phoenix, Arizona.
This Ramada hotel is close to Peoria Sports Complex, home to MLB Spring Training, University of Phoenix Stadium - home of the NFL Arizona Cardinals, and Jobing.com Arena - concert venue and home to the NHL Phoenix Coyotes. The hotel location also provides easy access to a host of restaurants and the famous Glendale, Arizona antique shops, as well as providing easy access to Luke AFB, Glendale Municipal Airport, and the Cricket Pavillion (formerly Blockbuster Desert Sky Pavillion).
Parking at the Ramada at Arrowhead Mall is free and plentiful, as is the deluxe continental breakfast that is provided to all guests. All hotel rooms have free wireless high speed internet access and have been recently redecorated with new beds, drapes, covers and feature the new Ramada Ginger Citrus bath amenities.

I was there with my brother. We were visiting family. The room was clean and the breakfasts were fine. My complaint is that ... the light bulb in the bathroom was burned out. I called the front desk and they informed me that there was no one there who could take care of it. They said I could just use the heat lamp. After three days it was still not fixed.

The Ramada at Arrowhead Mall, GLENDALE, AZ was a clean and comfortable place to stay. When we checked in the staff was very ... friendly and accomadating. They remained very friendly and I found them to be very helpful throughout our 9 day stay. This Ramada is within easy walking distance of the Arrowhead Mall, movie theatres, entertainment and scores of restaurants in the area. The continental breakfast is great and convenient for getting an early start on the day. The breakfast area had lots of choices for people of all ages. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well maintained. There are lots of drawers, a mini refrigerator, micro wave, coffee machine, iron and blow dryer. There is a huge bathroom counter for lots of toiletries. The pool and hot tub were great. Clean, fresh looking, attractive and well maintained. I was particularly impressed with the cleaning staff as they bent over backward,to make my stay comfortable. My room was spotless each time they cleaned it, ... housekeeping did a superb job. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back again.

The whole place was kind of seedy. I have stayed at Ramanda before and was pleased. When I came in I saw a big roach and I ... ran out of toilet paper. they replaced it but didn't leave a second one. I ask where the ice machine was. I was told they didn't have one. The breakfast wasn't much and I ended up going out every morning. The people that worked there were just that. They didn't offer anything extra even a smile. They gave me a room on the second floor at first and I ask where the elevator was. they didn't have one. I told them at my age I couldn't carry my bags up so they did give me a first floor room.

Chose hotel because of location, rating was an acceptable 3 star, had a "deluxe" continental breakfast, and wireless ... internet. Location was the only thing expectation that was met. Room had an overpowering odor of febreeze, there was no wireless internet. Went to breakfast at 9:00 am (ran from 6:30 to 10:00). There was no juice left, all cereal was sweet, and roll selection was limited. At 9:15 three staff members came in for their breakfast, stood around the waffle machine and gabbed for 20 minutes. Overall, very dissatisfying experience and will NEVER go to another Ramada Hotel!

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and I found to be very helpful. My room was spotless each time they cleaned it, ... housekeeping did a superb job. If they'd invest in a little bit of maintenance around the property it would help. My closest Ice Machine was broken, the internet was "down" in my room and would be indefinitely, no water in the fitness room. But these concerns don't outstack the great location, friendly staff, and again great housekeeping in my room. Their pool was quite nice and well maintained as well.

The staff was very friendly at check in. The room was very clean , attractive, and had all the usual ammenities . The pool ... was clean and fresh looking and the pool are clean and attractive. Would highly recommend it and will stay there again.

The Ramada at Arrowhead Mall, GLENDALE, AZ was a clean and comfortable place to stay. They were near a couple of good dinning ... places. They were a bit hard to find, but I have seen worse. The hotel staff was friendly and I was processed very quickly when I arrived.

The room was very comfortable and in a great location. The mall and movie theatres are walking distance as well it is right ... off of a main road with many restaraunts. There is also easy freeway access so you dont have to travel too far away from the freeway at all. I would definetly stay her again.

For the value, this hotel was adequate and was as expected. This market (Glendale, AZ) can be expensive and this hotel was, ... dollar-for-dollar, a reasonable bargain. Upon arrival the room was in disarray with the tables, both end table and coffee table, askew in the room. There was only decaffinated coffee unpon check-in but having had this experience before I brought my own. And, the pool was under repair and unavailable. Due to the value, I would stay there again as I have in the past. It is also close to several restaurants and a conveience store as well as a major shopping mall. This hotel is especially well-suited for familes as the rooms are fairly large and most have sofa beds. As a result, I would hardly recommend it for families on a budget.

A new deli just opened on the adjacent parcel. The food is good and fair in price. There is also a high-qulaity Mexican restaurant and a Home Town Buffet within one hundred yards of the hotel.

When we checked in the staff was very friendly and accommadating. It was hard finding an easy way up to our room. We had to ... walk around to find the way up the stairs with luggage. We overlooked the pool which was empty, tape everywhere and patio furniture stacked inside an area covered with canvas. Not a very nice view. I was so disappointed, the temperature in Glendale, Az was 100 degrees. and we really wanted to swim, cool off and relax after our flight. There were lot's of restaurants closeby.
