Bad experience!

The guy gave us probably the worst room (single bedroom suite with heavy smoking smell) although we booked online a ... non-smoking room. He lied to us by saying that no any other rooms were available. Later we found out that room had just been repaired for some problems and the paint was still wet. He then gave us another 2-bedroom suite, which was again a smoking one (horrible smell)! Such a disappointing experience!

I really enjoyed our stay at the Staybridge Suites San Francisco. The suite was very clean, with two baths, three TVs, a ... kitchen and living room. I was even impressed with the walk in closet. The check in staff was very friendly and the free breakfast buffet was top notch. I would definitely bring my family to stay here again. The airport was just a few miles away but the air traffic noise wasn't very bothersome. Another good thing was that the neighborhood seemed safe and the grocery store and Target were right across the street.

Included breakfast was a great touch! Airport take off traffic could be a little noisy at times, but we didn't notice any of ... it during the night (doors and windows closed...it was about 60 degrees there in July!) The location was perfect...walk to Bart, connect to Caltrain. Drive times: 30 Minutes to downtown SF, 30 minutes to San Jose, 30 Minutes to Pacifica, 10 minutes to SFO. Tanforan shopping center 1/2 a block and more shops and restaurants across the street.

We got far more than we expected. Two full bedrooms with full baths, free breakfast at a very good price. One block to BART ... and a shopping mall. Would stay there again!

great pool and hot tub was a relaxing experience after a busy day of sightseeing. We also enjoyed the happy hour during the ... week where we were provided with a simple dinner and drinks. The kids enjoyed the dayly breakfast buffet with belgian waffels. The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport which made our arrival and departure much easier. There was no airport noise!

I would highly recommend this particular hotel to any and all prospective guests. I stayed in the Staybridge Suites - San ... Francisco Airport. It is not in the airport itself but close by. A living room with a nice TV, dinette area, full kitchen with CLEAN pots, pans, silverware, etc., seperate large bedroom with double doors and a desk/chair, internet hook-ups, dresser with another nice TV, walk-in closet, vanity area and a seperate room with shower/bath and toilet. The lobby area has a see through fireplace and sitting area. Behind that is a lounging area with couches and loveseats, tables etc. The front desk is the smallest area in the lobby because they use part of it for a small store complete with snacks, wine/beer/drinks,and many other assorted necessities.

Just across the street is a short strip mall with just about every type of restaurant you can think of! And all this with only being 15 minutes from downtown San Francisco.

The Staybridge Suites suited our family perfectly. With a large family, the layout of the room was excellent. By having a ... full kitchen, we were able to eat in one night and save some money. The facilities were very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the kids throughly enjoyed the heated pool. The location was good, only 25 minutes to Fisherman's Wharf, and 35 minutes to the Pacific Coast Highway. Overall, very satisfied with this property and it's location.

Staybridge Suites is an excellent place for us. We especially enjoyed the daily breakfast offerings with our hotel stay. ... Being on a roadtrip made it an excellent place to stop and relax. It is near Tanforan Mall and right off the main freeway, the 101.

Staybridge is one of the best places I've stayed in my MANY hotel experiences. The only concern that I have with this one is ... that one night they had free food and drink for the guests and noone monitored the beer keg in the area. I seen 2 teenagers drinking several cups of beer. Also, there is no elevator, so if you stay on the 2nd floor be prepared to lug up and down any heavy luggage. Other than that, it is a fantastic hotel.

There is a red robin, red lobster and a fantastic mexican restaurant across the street. Also a Mall is nearby with many eating areas.
