Adequate but very generic

Desk staff were not familiar in giving direction to their facility, except from one starting point; absolutely useless if you ... were in the center of Phoenix. The accomodations were adequate, but were very dated in appearance. Although there was a separate sitting area, the furniture was positioned so close together that you felt claustrophobic, especially the beds. Not the best Marriott Hotel that we have stayed in, way below standard, although it appeared to be clean.

Close to the Airport

The Springhill Suites is conveniently located to the airport, which was our main concern. It is a new property with all the ... basic amenities. I would stay there again for the same reason. They have wireless internet access and free breakfast, which are great for business travelers. The area seems safe.

The SpringHill Suites was an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly, proffesional, and helpful. It was easy to ... check in, find the room, and make ourselves comfortable. The atmosphere was mellow and soothing. The room was very large and the desk area, and mini living area were very nice. Everything was spot clean. The colors of the room were very nice and made for a very relaxing stay. The bed was big and comfortable. Overall it was the perfect stay at the perfect place. A+++.

Good value for convenience to airport & includes airport shuttle. Not far from Tempe with extensive choice of restaurants. ... Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was clean and adequate - also nice to be able to make coffee in room & had small fridge.

This hotel has very neat rooms, enough space to hold my family. I like the living setting and the fact that there are two ... tv's. Not to mention the FREE breakfast was delicious!
