We were actually getting away overnite to relax. But the walls are so thin you can hear the people next door. I really did ... nt consider the hotle 3+ facility.

Great family hotel. The kids loved the rooftop pool and my youngest enjoyed the kiddie pool. Great location with excellent ... restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

A last minute but delightful Honeymoon!

When my sister suddenly announced she was getting married the following day and had no plans for her wedding night I thought ... of The Renaissance Hotel in Oak Brook. I had been there on previous occasions and remembered it as an elegant yet friendly establishment. Thankfully, this is STILL the case. My sister and her new husband had a truly spectacular time there. They loved the room and commented on the comfortable bedding, the flat screen TV and the great view from their balcony. Their dinner in the restaurant was superb and the service was impeccable! It was exactly the experience that I wanted them to enjoy on their special day. The staff were very accommodating to me in handling ALL of the details (thank you [...] and [...])! I will continue to rely on this fine hotel for special events in the future and for putting up out of town guests, as well. My sister and new brother-in-law said they are planning to return to celebrate their future anniversaries. That is quite a success, in my opinion!

The room was nice. But the people made the stay special. They took the time to learn your name and say HI. Asked if you ... need or wanted anything, held the doors open, offered advice on places to go or good restaurants. Made me fell like we were welcomed and a friend

Great location. This hotel is adjacent to the famous Oak Brook Center shopping mall, good to take a relaxing walk. A nice ... choice of Italian restaurants is just within one-minute walking distance. Free lobby and conference room wi fi access is a plus for passengers. Supper comfortable bed in the spacious room is also impressive. Big screen LCD TV set in each room places this hotel on top ranking of facility updating amid its pool. Reception staffs are very friendly too.
