Great stay!

This was unquestionably the nicest hotel of our Florida trip. It's just down the street from Sea World, about 15 minutes to ... the Magic Kingdom with a grocery store, restaurants across the street and a higher end outlet mall next door. The grounds are beautiful, the staff was very helpful and it was so nice to have a full kitchen with utensils. We'll be staying here again when extended our family returns to Orlando.

Great Getaway

This was a weekend getaway to just relax and take a break from our hectic schedules. The pictures do not do the property any ... justice. The room was absolutely great. Loved the whirpool tub and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Home away from home, all you need are your groceries.

There's a Publix grocery store directly across from the resort if you want to save some money & cook your own food. The room is already stocked with eveything else.

Unforgettable Honeymoon

We loved it! It was our first time in a resort. Everything was perfect for our honeymoon. First class service the whole time, ... loved the complimentary photo. We enjoyed a hot air balloon ride, sea world, curquse de siliou, a movie, and a tour and persentation of the Hilton's while we were there. And your resort was close to everything we did or wanted to do. Would come back again! Oh we did find ants in our room but didn't know if it was from our food or from the room but it wasn't bad. P.S. Being honeymooners and knowing we will have sex...the headboard hit the wall every move we made so that wasn't pleasant for the neighbors around us nor was it very romantic.

I would definitely recommend this location for anyone wishing to stay close to Disney who wishes to stay in very nice 4 star ... location with resort amenities but without the big resort price tag.

A beautiful setting, especially the pool area, the staff was very responsive. The kitchen was a nice touch for families ... traveling. Parking was a trifle short near building, but offered a 24 hour golf cart service. Goof location with easy access to freeway and shopping.

We chose this location because we were meeting family in Orlando and this was where they were staying. The front desk clerk ... was very helpful and was happy to accommodate us so that our room was in the same building and on the same floor as the other family. The room was perfect with the little kitchenette and the bed and pillows were so very comfy. I would definetly return to this resort for a longer stay.

the shuttle service to disney parks and universal was right on tim at both locations for departure and pick up the coincirge ... was great at suggesting things restaurant had great food as did the deli, and pizza hut on site as well

Beautiful hotel.We had a 1 bedroom suite and it was large with a full kitchen, bedroom, large bathroom, sitting area and a ... screened in patio which was nice to sit on without the worry of bugs. The only problem was the tub. My husband and I are in our 60's and it was a nice spa tub, but very hard to climb into for a shower. The pool was wonderful,but the deepest was only 4 ft. The grandchildren loved the waterfall. We ordered lunch at the pool a few days from the deli and it was very tasty and delivered to our table at the pool. The staff was the friendliest I have ever experienced at ANY hotel.They were always ready with a greeting and a smile. Beautiful and well kept grounds. All in all ,we felt very pampered and were treated like they really cared about our comfort.

We had a 1 bedroom suite which was probably one of the nicest suites we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was top notch, it ... was absolutely spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. And the location was great! It really was a beautiful hotel. We will absolutely be staying there again in the future.

Basically we used this room to sleep. The place looked awesome, the people were nice and took care of our request promptly. ... The hotel exceded my expectations. It was very close to Walt Disney and Sea World. We really did not use any ammenities, but they looked great. Free wifi. It is a time share and they will ask you to check it out. We did and saved about 300 on disney tickets for 3. Even though we liked the place it was not hard to turn the salesman down. We told him no and his manager once and left. It all took about 2 hours so I thought it was worth it.

Value Far Exceeded Payment!

The Staff greeted us as soon as we pulled up. They called and about 30 minutes after we checked in to make sure we had ... everything we needed. The safety lock was broken when we got there; they fixed it in 20 minutes and called again to make sure we were satisfied. The hotel is less then 10 minutes from Sea World and 15 from Disney. Its located next to some great restaurants (even a grocery store), and shopping. There is a Benihana's, Carabara's, Publix, and even an outlet shopping mall right next to the hotel. It is far enough away from all the major theme parks to be relaxing but close enough to be there in no time! The hotel is very clean with a fresh smell when you walk in, and the hotel itself is very luxurious!

Really like the friendly staff at this hotel. They all seemed extra friendly. The desk person, [...], went out of her way to ... make the stay enjoyable! The hotel will take you to Disney for a a fee of $6.00, a real convenience.
