Great facility, clean, comfy, enjoyable

We chose this location because we were meeting family in Orlando and this was where they were staying. The front desk clerk ... was very helpful and was happy to accommodate us so that our room was in the same building and on the same floor as the other family. The room was perfect with the little kitchenette and the bed and pillows were so very comfy. I would definetly return to this resort for a longer stay.

the shuttle service to disney parks and universal was right on tim at both locations for departure and pick up the coincirge ... was great at suggesting things restaurant had great food as did the deli, and pizza hut on site as well

Beautiful hotel.We had a 1 bedroom suite and it was large with a full kitchen, bedroom, large bathroom, sitting area and a ... screened in patio which was nice to sit on without the worry of bugs. The only problem was the tub. My husband and I are in our 60's and it was a nice spa tub, but very hard to climb into for a shower. The pool was wonderful,but the deepest was only 4 ft. The grandchildren loved the waterfall. We ordered lunch at the pool a few days from the deli and it was very tasty and delivered to our table at the pool. The staff was the friendliest I have ever experienced at ANY hotel.They were always ready with a greeting and a smile. Beautiful and well kept grounds. All in all ,we felt very pampered and were treated like they really cared about our comfort.

We had a 1 bedroom suite which was probably one of the nicest suites we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was top notch, it ... was absolutely spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. And the location was great! It really was a beautiful hotel. We will absolutely be staying there again in the future.

Basically we used this room to sleep. The place looked awesome, the people were nice and took care of our request promptly. ... The hotel exceded my expectations. It was very close to Walt Disney and Sea World. We really did not use any ammenities, but they looked great. Free wifi. It is a time share and they will ask you to check it out. We did and saved about 300 on disney tickets for 3. Even though we liked the place it was not hard to turn the salesman down. We told him no and his manager once and left. It all took about 2 hours so I thought it was worth it.

Value Far Exceeded Payment!

The Staff greeted us as soon as we pulled up. They called and about 30 minutes after we checked in to make sure we had ... everything we needed. The safety lock was broken when we got there; they fixed it in 20 minutes and called again to make sure we were satisfied. The hotel is less then 10 minutes from Sea World and 15 from Disney. Its located next to some great restaurants (even a grocery store), and shopping. There is a Benihana's, Carabara's, Publix, and even an outlet shopping mall right next to the hotel. It is far enough away from all the major theme parks to be relaxing but close enough to be there in no time! The hotel is very clean with a fresh smell when you walk in, and the hotel itself is very luxurious!

Our family travels annually to Disney, and typically stays on-property for convenience. This hotel was actually ... well-located, clean and reasonably priced. The outlet mall is a short walk and there are restaurants & grocery stores nearby. Issues for us were a TV/DVD malfunction (engineering came quickly to remedy), random calls from Concierge regarding activities & info packages to pick up, and slow elevators. Otherwise a great place to stay.

We had already enjoyed a week at Disney and came to relax here. The grounds and rooms were very nice. We could walk to ... shopping and restaurants nightly. The staff and other visitors were very friendly. It is very near everything but not noisy or overcrowded. The only negative is the parking at night and they are very accomodating about shuttling people around. The units are spacious, comfortable and clean. We will definately consider staying there again next spring.

Just returned from a 5 day stay and I found the hotel to be very comfortable, clean, and the staff very attentive. It was ... especially nice having the Outlet Mall located next to the property which allowed us to complete our Christmas shopping. I was somewhat disappointed to find there was not a full service restaurant on the property. The bar and grill they do have is excellent but I was expecting more in this regard. The property is centrally located to all the theme parks and the establishments on International Dr. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando.

The Hilton Grand Vacation Club on International drive was one of the nicer hotels that I have stayed at. In fact, it ... appeared to be a resort at a hotel price. The staff treated us better then I have ever been treated while on vacation.

The Hilton Grand Vacations Club on International Drive, Orlando, Florida was a nice place but I was disappointed with my ... stay. It was our anniversary, and we arrived late after dinner and a show. We checked in at 11:30 pm, and that's when I was informed that I had to check out at 10:00 am. I requested a late check out but was informed that I had to call the front desk before 8:00 am in order to see if they would allow a late check out. I had to rise early to call to request a late check out, and then they would only extend to 11:00 am... which is a normal checkout at most other places. The room smelled musty and the A/C systems for the whole facility were right outside our window. The room itself was nice, and the facility looked great, but the negatives of our experience far outweighed the positives. I made a couple of calls to the front desk, to find out where I could get bottled water (none in the room) and to find out info about neighboring stores / restaurants, but the night desk clerk was not very concerned with helping me and definitely was more concerned with her convenience than with mine. We were too disappointed to ever consider staying there again, and will not likely recommend it to others.
