Clerk was nice, but that was it.

When we arrived we did not receive the room we had reserved. When we informed the desk clerk she put us in a different room, ... unfortunately it was a smoking room. Then, they charged our credit card for the room, which we had already paid for. When we tried to get a refund from the hotel the manager was constantly unavailable. We're still working on that refund. Be careful when handing them your credit card.

everything was great except there was no toliet paper in the room and no one noticed the kleenex box was empty in the ... bathroom other than that is was great. and the fact they a accept animals we will be able to bring our dog next time!!!!!!
