Hotel will charge a hotel services / resort fee at the front desk of $24.99 plus tax. Fee covers exclusive use of Hotel and Spa facilities, In-Room Laptop Internet, Free & Unlimited Local/800 Calls, Las Vegas Review Journal (Monday - Saturday), Fitness Facility Access, Copy/Fax Services, Gift Shop Discount, Airport Shuttle Service, shoe shine service, and special coupons and promotions. Because it's now included in the services fee, there will no longer be an additional fee for internet access in the rooms.
A $100 security deposit is required upon check-in.
Green Valley Ranch is pet friendly! Dogs 40 pounds or less are welcome, with a non-refundable $100 per stay cleaning fee (charged at front desk). Guests will be required to sign a waiver agreeing to uphold the guidelines of the hotel's pet policy. Guests arriving with a "Service Animal" shall NOT be charged a stay/cleaning fee of any kind.

NICE, QUITE, AND PEACEFUL. BEEN TO VEGAS FOR MANY TIMES OF THE PAST 20 PLUS YEARS, I DO BELIEVE GREEN VALLEY HAS BECOME OUR ... FAVORITE PLACE TO STAY. THE ONLY FLAW WE COULD FIND WAS WITHIN, THE ORIGINAL PANCAKE HOUSE. THE FIRST VISIT, WE COULD NOT GET A WAITRESS TO ASSIST US. WE WATCH A ENTIRE GROUP OF 20 EAT THEIR WHOLE DINNER PLUS DESSERT AND NEVER RECEIVED ASSISTANCE. SPOKE WITH THE MGR, WHO OFFER TO RESEAT US; HOWEVER, THE SEATING WAS NOT THE PROBLEM IT WAS THE ORDER TAKING.....

Wonderful location away from the noise and glitz of the strip. The grounds are impeccably manicured to feel like a Tuscan ... villa. Shopping is close by, a short walk from the resort. A very relaxing atmosphere.

I visit Las Vegas frequently and I must say this is one of the better hotels. The pool is AMAZING. There are lots of GREAT ... restaurants and a incredibly charming little outdoor mini mall. So cute! There's even a cinema. The one thing about the hotel is the location. It is far from the Strip in a residential neighborhood if that's what you like.

I was at this hotel for a 3 day business seminar. I did not have time to take advantage of the amenities but they all ... appeared to be very nice. I never did however find the fitness room. The HOt Tub was outside so I did not use this either. The Shuttle Service did not leave the hotel until 9 a.m. daily and my flight left at 9:2 a.m. so I ended up paying for a taxi.

The room was clean and the hotel is relatively calm and quiet for Vegas. They do charge $25 for using the internet and call ... it a "resort fee" though there was nothing else that I used. The pool was closed for the season.

OUR REALLY NICE EXPERIENCE STARTED THE MOMENT WE PULLED INTO THE HOTEL DRIVE ENTRANCE. GREAT BELL STAFF, FRONT DESK, ... SECURITY STAFF, AND RESTAURANT STAFF. VERY NICE, SPACEOUS ROOM WITH VERY PRIVATE BATH AND GREAT VIEW OF THE STRIP ALTHOUGH WE NEVER WENT TO LAS VEGAS. HENDERSON IS PROBABLY THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN NEVADA. CAN'T WAIT TO GO AGAIN.

My daughter and I went for a mother/daughter getaway before she went to college. We were looking for a place where we could ... relax and get some sun. We were pleasantly surprised by the superior customer service this hotel provided. They met and exceeded our expectations. We cannot even begin to express our satisfaction with this hotel. The employees went above and beyond their job descriptions. In a world where customer service is almost gone, this hotel did an amazing job training their employees to treat their guests like royalty. We enjoyed our time there so much we are planning a trip next year with the rest of our family!

We went to Whole Foods and bought food for our breakfast and lunch, so we could go out for a nice dinner. Whole Foods is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. They (the hotel) will tell you how to get there.

the hotel was very nice very nice staff the front desk said that I did not have a reservation with cheap tickets.com said it ... got cancelled i had a PANIC but they accepted me fortunatly, I showed them my iten. that i had from you guys I don't know what happened there i hope i got same rates that was agreed upon they could not tell me what the price was only that which prices that cheaptickets.com booked for -wierd yess chek it out ya'll.

If you are looking for a hotel off the strip with easy access to the freeway and close to the airport, Green Valley is a good ... choice. The resort is as well appointed as a 4-star strip hotel but the clientele tends to be more blue-collar, probably because of the great price. The location also has convenient dining and shopping at "The District" and the hotel has its own theater, but the movies are mostly "R" rated and not family friendly movies.

Green Valley Ranch shares the property with "The District" which includes 150 shops and dozens of restaurants along with free ... outdoor entertainment every weekend all summer--- live music and movies. Everything anyone wants or needs is available within a very short walk or you can take the free shuttle to the famous Las Vegas Strip.

Hotel stay includes free shuttle to Las Vegas Strip and airport. But, shopping, dining and recreation are all available without ever leaving the property. Give it a try---you won't be disappointed.

Green Valley Ranch is a beautiful property. We really enjoyed being away from the crush of the strip. They do run a free ... shuttle to Mandalay Bay, easy to get to the strip but it is a pain to get back. It is a $40 cab ride for the return. Pool is great, we really enjoyed it but there are lots of kids. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Nice having "the District" mall so close. Reasonable prices for food and drink. Casino has lots of low limit tables and machines. If you are looking for clubs and excitement stay on the strip. If you want a nice pool, and a more relaxing environment I would highly recommend.

Overall, the hotel, resort and spa is very nice. There was some freeway noise that could be heard from the spa pool (but not ... too bad). The only thing negative is that there was construction noise during my $180 spa massage. If I'm going to pay that much for a massage, I expect the treatment room to be quiet and relaxing. Nothing was done except an apology from the front desk (spa).

It was my first time at the Hotel and I was very impressed. Pool and spa were excellent, as well as restaurant, Hank's. Room ... was nice, but had problems with purchased movie (audio faded in and out). Orbitz failed to notify the Hotel of my prepaid reservation, so it took 30 minutes to solve that problem on a sold out Saturday evening. I will return to this Hotel.

"Best of both worlds"

My husband and I loved the peace and quiet of the location, yet when we wanted action it was just twenty minutes away. Also, ... Lake Mead and Hoover Dam are only thirty minutes away. It was the best of both worlds for us and we'd go back in a heartbeat. Also, shops and restaurants are a short walk away. We also loved hanging out at the pool area on the "beds" ... they're super relaxing and comfortable and since they are covered you get a break from the intense sun.

The hotel was terrific. I'm sure this won't get posted, but, I'm very dissappointed in Orbitz. They added extra fees and ... service charges when I checked out of the hotel. I'm sure they were listed on the site, but, I would have paid less by booking the trip by myself and calling Green Valley Ranch directly. I won't be using Orbitz in the future, very dissappointing.

What a pool!

We arrived at 10 pm on a Wednesday and the hotel had a high rate of occupancy. Were were given a room that had a view of a ... wall. Staff was very nice. We were there in mid November and the weather was unusually warm so the pool was awesome. The hot tub was very hot and it took a few discussions to get the temperature turned down. There were a few children there with parents who didn't seem to care that their children where playing in very hot water. The life guards were very young adults and seemed uninterested in their responsibilities but to be fair there just a handful of people at the pool at any given time. Hopefully, they are more attentive when there are lots of swimmers. Food is above average for breakfast; prices are ok!

There is a shopping mall called The District located right across the street from the hotel. The mall offers a variety of shops as well as dining options which added to my enjoyment with my stay.
