The room smelled musty and old, found out that it had most likely been a "smoking" room that was "remodeled" to a non-smoking ... version. Pull out sofa was dirty in the corners and crevices when pulled out. Gross. Our room was right across the hall from the ice machine and next to the front desk, and it was terribly loud all night. The ice machine sounded like a zamboni going off all night. The pool was nice, large and not crowded at all. The pool area was heated, although not the pool itself, but it was comfortable. Upon check-out however, not only was I misinformed about how much my bill would be, I was also told that Orbitz was footing the bill! Still trying to sort it out with the Orbitz people... what a headache.

Last Stayed There 5 Years Prior

Hotel has aged from use since my last stay 5 years prior. Linen appeared clean but all bed pillows were well used, old and ... lumby. Two pillows were actually torn open revealing foam inside when I removed decorative pillow cases. I was unable to rest in bed comfortably because bed and linens felt old . The bed spread and decorative pillows seemed previously used and placed on top of clean linen. We removed all the bedding except sheets and a blanket that had wear holes before we were willing to lie down. Bathroom was spotless as well as outer batheroom vanity sink. Carpet was not well vacuumed around bed, tv dresser, desk, etc.. Carpet needs shampoo. The mustyness and humidity improved when we opened window and balcony door. The desk lamb was burnt and melted from too hot of a light bulb. Clearly a fire hazard and needs to be replaced. Staff was always smiling and positive. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and appreciated. Staff kept it well stocked with a high volume of hotel guest use. Computer keyboard in lobby worked but all keyboard letters were fading or worn off. Pool area was not well maintained with towels. My guest and I used our room, balcony, and the breakfast offered by the hotel. Pool had high volume of use so we did not try to swim. I will give the Inn another chance when we return but will ask to see my room before accepting it. Thanks for allowing me input. The best employee was the young girl who checked us in and the breakfast staff.

IT WAS CLEAN, QUIET LOCATION. BREAKFEAST THEY HAD WAS WELL STOCKED! NICE BIG POOL AND HOT TUB!ALWAYS SEEMED TO BE SHORT OF ... TOWELS. SO HAVE YOUR OWN! THERE IS NO MICROWAVE OR REFRIGERATOR IN ROOM. WHICH MIGHT BE A PROBLEM FOR SOME!COULD USE MICROWAVE IN THE BREAKFEAST AREA THE REST OF THE DAY IF NEEDED!PLENTY OF ICE AVAILABLE! WAS TOLD HOW BAD THE AREA WAS. FOUND IT TO BE VERY QUIET INSIDE AND OUT! IS RIGHT OFF THE HIGHWAY! DOES NOT TAKE LONG TO GET ANYWHERE! I FOUND IT TO BE WELL WORTH THE MONEY!

It was a good experience, the staff was friendly and patient and kind. The only problem was running out of some items for ... breakfast like eggs and coffee. We would stay here again maybe at a time less busy.

Rooms were ok, had a musty smell, breakfast was subpar. Pool was nice, great price! The stupid key cards had to be swiped ... 8x+ to work sometimes (frustrating)!

The hotel is not so great but also not so bad. Its location was good for me to attend a meeting at Minneapolis. Water drain ... in a bath tub was clogged. The ice maker was broken on 2nd floor.

Not again!

After sleeping in one of the queen size beds I pulled the bedspread back and found OLD BLOOD on the bedspread!! At 8 am ... housekeeping was knocking on the door!! I asked for a manager and was told they dont come in until noon! I do not recommend this hotel. Sure it looks pleasant when you arrive, fake flowers and decorations, but having dried blood on your blanket is absolutely a reason to never spend any money, or put your kids in any of their beds!!

Easy highway access. Clean quiet room. Front desk staff helpful. Nice pool and hot tub but couldn't figure out sauna. ... Good breakfast. Only one computer in lobby.

Don't go to this hotel, you'll save money. Maybe you'll even have a fun trip. When I finally got there I noticed I could stay cheaper elsewhere and maybe communicate better with the staff.
