Sheets were completely wrinkled, making me wonder if they were clean upon arrival. Had pillows changed as they smelled like ... hair from somebody else. Staff was very helpful in doing so. Nights are very noisy close to airport + room temperature was too warm and too dry to have a good night of rest

The hotel was very nice. Clean. Even though there was a plane going by every 5 mins or so, we never heard it. The only thing ... you could hear was the train, which was still not that loud to wake you. Also, there was a microwave and mini-fridge in the room, and paper plates and plastic ware was made available in the room. There is a grocery store right on the corner which was nice for the budget friendly who couldn't eat out every night! =) Great service, nice people! I would stay again, for sure!

ok - clean and busy. breakfast was taken down early very few complimentary newspapers. very difficult location for getting ... downtown it takes at least 35 - 50 minutes Air was dead and very stifling to smell no circulation hard to sleep due to noise mirrors on closet doors fold in and out and are located too close to the wash basin. no full view to get dressed

Breakfast was excellent. The room was very nice - large and clean. Noisy with the freeway right next to the room, planes ... flying overhead and other noise. Fitness center had only one weight set.

We had a great stay. I am the type of person who usually stays at the cheapest place possible, so this was a much nicer ... hotel than I would usually stay in. Quick walk to the L, but it is a little rustic. Not a sidewalk, but a worn dirt path. That was a little surprising. Cleaning staff did a great job. It was a nice, quiet and affordable stay. Only about a 40 minute trip to get downtown. There are a few local restaurants in the area and an Outback in the hotel, but I would rather have some real Chicago food like a hot dog or pizza. Great Deal, Great Staff, Great free Breakfast. I loved the free shuttle to and from the airport. The drivers were so friendly, even in the presence of some rude travelling businessmen. They offer sodas and snacks in the hotel lobby and vending machines on each floor, but they didn't work. There is also a 7 Eleven a couple of blocks away with super cold bottled beverages. That was nice. I did not check out the pool or fitness facilities. Great Stay!!

There is a pizza place, a Bistro at a neighboring Hotel, an Outback Steakhouse and a little daytime diner all within a short walking distance (10 min or less). There is also that famous owl restaurant with the famous hot wings and tank top wearing servers. The site won't let me post the name as it may be a potentially inappropriate word. It is not devoid of area restaurants, just not as much choice as I would like when I am on vacation.

SpringHill Suites was great. It was close to the Blue Line, quiet and fast check in. It was a great room for the price ... compared to the downtown hotels without the hassels of parking. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

The Springhill Suites Chicago O'Hare was one of the top two hotels we have ever used. Besides the comfortable, large room, ... with separate sitting room and bathroom vanity separated from the shower and toilet, the WiFi connection, and cleanliness, the staff was incredibly helpful. I had inadvertently left my asthma medication and some other toiletries in a plastic grocery bag under the bathroom vanity before we went to the wonderful free breakfast and the housekeeping crew mistook it for trash. When we returned to our room an hour later and discovered the bag gone, we reported it immediately to the guest services personnel at the front desk. The housekeeping people came to the room and asked us to point out where it had been. Less than half an hour later, a guest services person came to the door with my bag and all contents intact. They must have really hustled and gone through a lot of trash to find that bag. I was able to breathe easier in more ways than one. We will stay there againany time we visit Chicago and have already highly recommended it to all our family members and friends.

This hotel was very nice, comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful and they have a 24 hour shuttle service. Pick-up ... from airport made trip very convenient. Not close to downtown, if you're looking to go into the city a lot.
