We had a pretty good stay at the resort. There were two draw backs that were pretty unfortunate. The biggest one was I had ... asked for a 04:00 AM wake up call on our last night stay due to a early flight out and that never happened. We ended up over sleeping and barely catching our flight. That made for a very stressful ending to our vacation. The other thing was that the housekeeping staff kept calling us every morning to see if we wanted our room cleaned when the "do not disturb" sign was posted. This woke me up two times from a mid morning nap.

The staff could not have been friendlier and more accomodating! They let me use their business computer when I needed to ... change flight; called me by name every time they saw me and even drove me around the area to see attractions nearby! By the end of my trip, I felt like these people had been my friends forever! You don't get personal service like that very often and it truly made my stay more enjoyable!! The spa, pool and gym/tennis club were outstanding! And the restaurant had a great selection of salads that were healthy and delicious! This is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it!

Classified as a "resort boutique" this hotel/resort offers a very clean and utilitarian resort. There is a small frig and ... microwave in the rooms. All of the staff I met was friendly and helpful. The spa, pool, fitness area, and tennis courts are very nice. It was also very quiet during my visit. However, don't expect room service even though there is a menu. The toll free number on the menu goes straight to a message. I did not leave a message.

Loved the room and the hotel!!! Very quiet and room looked like it was brand new and very clean. Loved that we could also ... use the Athletic center although we did not have a chance. Also recommend getting a massage at the Eurasia spa. It was a wonderful experience. The only downside is that it is not really within walking distance to any of the shops or downtown areas.

My mom and I were pleased with the outcome of our stay at the Scottsdale resort and conference center. The rooms were very ... nice, updated, and clean. Someone came daily and picked up our rooms, which was nice as well. My mom and I had a great time exploring the different workout classes that were offered at the club. Access to the athletic club was also very nice. The only complaint was that the resort wasn't lit very well so it wasn't clear where the check in office was located after driving into the resort. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would consider going there again.

We tried OC7, it looks great from outside and inside. nobody were at the counter, we have to wait 5 minutes just to talk to ... some one. Once we had been seated, they took more than 20 minutes to come and take order. By the time we came out, it took more than 1.30 hrs; its not bad for date; but we just landed from STL, i.e 3 hrs of flight and 1 hr of shuttle. Finally we end up spending our time at this stupid restaurent. We should have walked to next block to try pizza place.. BTW, this is the only hotel in last 2/3 yrs I visited without wireless internet

THE ROOMS WERE GREAT. WE CALLED THE CONCIERGE FOR OVER AND HOUR AND LEFT MESSAGES NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE HAD TO CALL ... THE RESTURANT AND ALSO ROOM SERVICE .WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE LATER CHECK OUT TIMES. ALTHOUGHT THEY DID ACCOMIDATE US WITH A LATER TIME WHEN ASKED. OVER ALL THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND NICE. AND THE FOOD AT THE RESTURANT WAS GREAT.THE VILLAS WERE VERY VERY NICE .OVERALL GREAT HOTEL AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR MORE THEN JUST A BED TO SLEEP IN.

This hotel had the most comfortable king-sized bed of any hotel I've ever been in! The room was well-equipped with a ... microwave, small refrigerator,coffee pot, sink and glasses and mugs. The bathroom was very spacious. I am only sorry we had such a short stay!

From the time of check-in to check-out, I was very impressed with my stay. The gym is awesome ( clean, LOTS of up-to-date ... equipment), the restaurant is fabulous and reasonable priced, staff are very accomodating and knowledgeabe, rooms are clean and there were even rabbits hopping around the court-yard area! I would definitely recommend.

The hotel staff at check in was not very friendly When I got to the room, they had not even turned on the AC, in other 4 ... star hotels that is standard. Cleanliness was ok nothing spectacular. Since it was summer in Phoenix the hotel restaurant offered a $50 dining discount, but it was my bad luck that the restaurant was closed on Mondays.

The Scottsdale Resort and Athletic Club was comfortable and clean. The room was nicely decorated but missing amenities: only ... one hangar, one chair, no microwave, missing light bulbs. The health club is well equipped. the staff is friendly. Its nearby shopping and travel. The grounds are meticulously kept.
