we missed the ferry to Nantucket and found the cheapest room we could. not a bad place for the price, we got an "updated" ... room which was spacious but the sheets and blanket were dirty and the television had awful sound.........bathroom and towels were clean however. 2 marked police cars and an unmarked car skidded into the parking lot at around 2am. police exited their cars with guns drawn and took away a guy in hand cuffs. free entertainment I guess. continental breakfast of coffee, juice, and bagels. probably not the best place for a family.

BVO Aug 31, 2009
We were here with our two kids for one night. It was right near shops and restaurants (same block to a few blocks walking ... distance) in Hyannis. The room was pretty standard, clean. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but clean. AC worked well. Breakfast was adequate. Huge pile of bagels, cream cheese, bread, hardboiled eggs, cereal, juice, coffee. The indoor pool was good. Clean, large (compared to many hotel pools), and warm (it was raining that weekend, but they also had an outdoor pool). Our kids had a lot of fun! Not a fancy hotel, but a good deal for the price and a great location for us.

The hotel was close to everything we wanted, except the beach but the drive was less than 10 minutes to the closest one. The ... continental breakfast was not the best, bagels and muffins basically, but it wasn't bad.

The whole boardwalk full of shops is a close walk from the hotel. There is a variety of shops and restaurants, if you like seafood this is the place to go. It was within walking distance to the harbor where you can harbor cruises or the ferry to the islands. The beach is a bit further of a walk, we always drove.

well, it defintely is not a luxury hotel, but for the price, the location is great; rooms were clean; staff were attentive, ... and overall it was a great bargain. Especially liked the location, as it was walking distance to the ferry docks and the center of town, very very convenient.
Traveler type: Family
If taking the ferry day trip to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket, leave your car at the hotel. The parking at the docks can be quite expensive.
