The hotel was very nice. Most staff was friendly and very helpful. It was out first time to RI so we were really there to ... see as much as possible. Out trip included driving to Boston which was much more crowded and busy. It was nice to return to Warwick to our quiet and comfortable room.

Asking the front desk what they recommend was not helpful. They had little personal information or suggestions. Folks were just not very forth coming. We got more ideas from a lady we ran into on the beach.

Check-in was quick and efficient, staff was courteous and helpful. The location is very accessible and there is extra signage ... to make sure you make the correct turns from the freeway.

"Fantastic Hotel for the Price"

While my wife & I only stayed 1 night, we would recommend this hotel. The room was spacious with a couch that could be used ... as a hide-a-bed, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The breakfast, in addition to the waffles, included scrambled eggs and a meat that changed daily. It's hard to find a hotel with spacious room, free WiFi, and a hot breakfast. The only draw back was that the pool was nice, but small.

Our king room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was clean and attractive with granite counter and ... tub surround. Great shower and very comfy pillows. We'll stay there again when we're in the area. The complementary breakfast was adequate.

Fine room, friendly staff - provided printed directions to restaurant. When newspapers were gone in the morning receptionist ... offered to call manager who was in town to pick up a newspaper for us which we received and did not have to pay for. Good breakfast, with enough choices. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Would stay again and recommend.

Staff was courteous and accommodating. Amenities were clean, though if you have sensitive allergies you may want to opt for ... another location- it's a bit musty. Breakfast was surprisingly full of different foods- waffle iron needed to be sprayed with a non-stick spray that wasn't any kind of commercial product i've ever seen. Also didn't have ingredients listed so you might want to skip that. Otherwise good value for your money.

We were there to visit Newport and go to a Pawtucket Sox game, so this was a perfect location. Everything was very clean and ... the staff was great. The breakfast was excellent....a waffle iron, plus different types of eggs and breakfast meats on each of the three days we were there.

Came up for a wedding and stayed here as an alternate to the expensive, 2-night minimum locations in Newport. Quick 20-30 ... minute ride away from Newport, easy to reach off the Highway. Very friendly desk help, clean spacious room, very comfortable beds, and you can't beat the free full breakfast!

We got a very spacious room for a great price. The room decor is a bit like a dentist's office, but everything is new and ... spotless, and the staff is very friendly. Very nice continental breakfast is included in the room price. The only downside for me is that the mattresses were not pillowtop, which made my finicky back protest due to the lack of cushioning (I'm a side sleeper). My wife had no problems, and I've had similar problems at some much pricier hotels. Overall, a great budget-conscious place from which to visit Newport, RI or catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard.

My wife and I were there on business and found your hotel to be the best value hotel around. The rooms were clean and nicely ... decorated, and the morning breakfast was a great way to start the day. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.

We have stayed at this facility before and found the same great rooms clean and fresh. The only issue we had was the sign in ... lady at the front deask when we arrived could have been a bit nicer. I think she was having a hard night. The day desk girl was awesome and very friendly. we liked this stay enough so we would go back again and again. I also enjoyed the breakfast they provide free of charge. this facility was also close to the finer eateries in the area.
