nice hotel for the price

I booked the hotel room at the last minute at a discounted price. When we arrived they did not have our confirmation. After a ... few minutes the check-in clerk found us a room. Luckily I had a copy of my confirmation to give to her. Although it was the last room at the end of the hall,it was a clean, nicely furnished room. We received a bill that was charged at regular price not the discounted price. We spoke with the staff and they stated the bill was sent in error and it was fixed. We had two free breakfast tickets with our room. The breakfast was very good. Everything was delicious. This made up for the room error. Overall, it is a very nice place to stay, comfortable room, friendly staff. I would stay again.

Great location, able to shop at Gilroy outlets and Great Mall all in one day, then the following morning went to San Jose for ... more shopping. Will be back hopefully to do Christmas shopping :)

For the most part, it was very nice. The staff was excellent, very friendly and efficient. The decor is lovely. The location ... is very convenient but didn't feel like it was in a hectic part of town at all. The main issue I had was with climate control. The first night, I left the air on, and it woke me up regularly because it was so loud. The second night, I turned it off so I could get some rest, but then the room was humid and uncomfortable. Also, without the fan going, there wasn't anything to block out the noise of people closing and opening doors all night long. The free breakfast buffet was very good, and it included the best waffles I've ever had. If only there hadn't been fruitflies hanging aroung the buffet, it would have been perfect. It's a non-smoking hotel, but people stand right outside the automatic doors and smoke, so the lobby doesn't feel smoke-free.

Hotel was clean and very basic. Located in a commercial area, it has good highway access. The environment is like self ... serve. Your not going to get help with bags. I also didn't like the fact a $150.00 deposit was charged to my credit card for incidentals which will not be released for approximately 3 to 4 business days. Restaurant service below average, definitely not an "I can do" type service food was very over priced for its taste and the service received. Pool has good visuals and location but was ice cold.

The hotel was beautiful and restful. The pool and lounge area was elegant. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and cozy room. ... I also appreciate the environementally friendly efforts of the hotel. They offer guests choices of immenities so that guets can opt out and save on energy costs. The hotel is in a somewhat rural area and we had trouble finding a local grocery store.

The hotel staff was friendly. The restaurant has good menu but a little pricey. The hotel provides complementary buffet ... breakfast coupon at reception. The hotel has plenty parking. It's very close to I-880, and about 3 miles from San Jose airport.

ONE THING THAT REALLY DROVE ME CRAZY WHEN WE GOT THERE THE COULD FIND OUR BOOKING AND IT HAD BEEN MADE A MONTH AND A HALF ... BEFORE. IT TOOK THEM A GOOD 20 - 25 MINUTES TO FIND IT ... AND THE CLEAN STAFF WAS ALWAYS IN THE WAY. SEVERAL TIME THE WERE BLOCKING THE HALLWAYS SOME TIMES EVEN BLOCKING THE DOOR TO OUR ROOM... THEY REALLY NEED TO WATCH THAT. BUT ALL IN ALL I MUST SAY THE FREE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT

Desk staff was courteous and helpful. Room was spacious, and bed was very comfortable and clean. Complimentary internet ... hookup was nice to have. The walls were a little thin- I could hear some of my neighbors in the morning. But not too bad. The complimentary breakfast, at the on-site restaurant, "Brandon's", was really great!! Great deal for the price! I'm staying here every time I'm in the Bay Area.

There is a restaurant on the same property. When we booked our hotel on Cheaptickets.com, our stay included a free breakfast for two. It was a step up from the traditional continental breakfast. Very good.
