Friendly Hotel Stay

The hotel had great service and was very clean and resourceful. Without the shuttle service I don't know how we would have ... made it around with the snow in New Jersey. We had a wonderful experience even though the location was not as close to Downtown New York or Manhattan as it was advertised. The location is about 20 minutes from New York driving, and 45 minutes from New York on public transportation. Both are very convenient, but paying for anything other than public transportation on the way to New York will cost at least 80 dollars, so plan accordingly if that is the purpose of your stay.

Is to far away from the main places like malls, if you do not rent a car, shuttle are not available frecuently and bus ... station is far away. I did check out earlier because of the distance, and I need to clarify the extracharges in my credit car by orbitz, could you please help me?

Old building, not so good room; away.

Hotel is AWAY from new york. If you can afford a stay inside downtown, go for it. It was a nightmare to travel to NYC. We cut ... short our trip due to the difficulty in travelling to NYC. Not good value for money. They wanted us to vacate even before the checkout time (11.00am)and posted a cleaning woman and her wagon right infront of our room at 9.00am !! - can you believe this ?

This Hotel was Hilton by name only. 1. The room was not clean, dust all over the funiture 2. Missing room essential supplies ... like Iron Box, Blow drier for my wife, 3. Coffee and sugar not replenished next mroning 4. Seem like we had the same bed sheets next day. 5. Ice machine not working on our floor 6. Shurtle driver talking of lay offs and shortage of staff. 7. It took long for the shurtle to show up.

looks really nice, you can enjoy time with your wife or girlfriend , very easy to get to new york or just driving around NJ, ... lots of restaurants and stores very close to the hotel, easy access to the highways ! in my opinion is a really good choice ! but just in case , you have to pay for the parking !

Hotel is pet friendly. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The facilities are average. The staff was kind and ... accomadating. The fitness room has about 5 treadmills, 4 stair climbing machines, 2 or 3 stationary bikes, free weights, and 1 resistance machine. Most of the machines worked. The biggest problem that we noticed was that our shower seemed clogged. We reported the problem, but it was still there the next day.

We came to New York to visit the City and this hotel was great. They shuttled us to a bus stop that took us straight into ... the city. When asked if we could have a room overlooking the city, they agreed. Great View of Skyline. The only bad thing was no fridge in the room and for internet in your room you had to pay $10 a day.

Not easily accessible to Manhattan

My husband is wheelchair bound and we were terribly disappointed that this hotel is not located where we could get to ... Manhattan. There was a bus stop about 1/2 mile away, but the sidewalks to get to the stop were not accessible for a power wheelchair. Very disappointed!

Everything from the room service to the cleaning lady ([...], which was wonderful by the way) was absolutely fantastic. I ... look forward to returning to the East Coast & I such an amazing experience I can't fathom the thought of staying anywhere else.If you stay there & believe the hotel itself lacked in luxury, I promise the staff & customer service make up for it ten fold.

Room has no mirrors at all. One very small mirror in the bathroom. No hear blower in the bathroom. With my reservation I ... got $20 free meal coupon which only work if order meal on the room bill. Well ... I placed order for breakfast 3 times (one in writen form). First order was with overnight form. Second - by call at at 7am. They always forgot to put it in the system. I finally got it delivered at 10:30am after check out was already accidently completed. "We are sorry .... please pay $25".

Each time we have atayed here, the staff has been extra accommodating to our request to have a room with a view to New York ... skyline. The shuttle service provided to carry us to meet the Metro into the city and pick us back up again was most helpful.
