bath room needed repaired sink leaning and needing painted, bed room needed painted, doors not seald when shut, price changed ... from one day to the next by $40.00 wasnt worth the price sorry.

If you are alone or with children the zoo is a great place to go. It is free, there is a play park for children, a picnic area to cook on grills, paddle boats and a carriage ride for the young and old alike.

Across the highway there is a wendy's and Denny's and right beside the hotel is a grocery store and other fine shopping areas.

Awesome anniversary getaway

My husband and I were on our well needed get away for our anniversary and we had the best time ever in any hotel that we have ... been in. My husband wanted to take me on a carriage ride and he couldn't find one so he let the staff know and they found one for us. They were very nice, the suite was fantastic, and our stay couldn't have been any better. Thank you, all the staff, including the house keepers.

My stay at Microtel was great. When I checked in the hotel staff suggested that I get a room which was available close to ... the side entrance for my conveienence after she noticed I had a small child and luggage to bring in. The breaksfast wasn't all that great, the waffle mix tasted sour but the pastries and other items were delicious. Overall I would stay again and will be booking my next travel arrangements at this same hotel next week : )

Overall the hotel was OK for the price. The first room we were given was dirty. The gargages were not emptied, floor was ... dirty and TV didn't work. We requested another room, which they did without any problem. The new room was fine. Easy access from highway with several restaurants nearby.

The room was comfortable, but it could have better accommadations. A coffee pot and a blow dryer would be a great help. ... With its location being away from most parts of the dining and shopping a guest map would be of assistance.
