i been there 4 relax few hours i felt quit and calm only one bad experince all that soft drink mechines did nt work,,,best ... place 4 that price

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet but there was very little bathroom tissue in the room. The continental ... breakfast was also very scarce. We were there at 8:00a.m.and there wasn't any fruit to be found only a few small danish rolls & coffee.

The staff was fantastic! The room was large enough for 2 people to stay for a week w/out stepping on each others toes. Great ... location-close to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and beach but not to close to be noisy. Also has easy access to Hwy 1. Pool was neat and clean and the continental breakfast was good. The internet was very fast and easy to connect to.

Make sure to go to the Santa Cruz Diner. It's a local tradition and if it's your first time there you get a bumper sticker!

The room was cramped with two double beds put into a room sized for a single. one could hardly pass by the beds to the ... bathroom. The fan in the bathroom sounded like an airplane and had to be used with the light to see. The area and the front walkway adjacent to the room was very noisy. The lobby was closed at 7:08 though they advertized a 7am - 9:30 breakfast. I went down the street. The prices were apparently jacked up for the weekend due to a youth soccer tournament. I would not suggest a stay here unless there were no other vacancies in the area.

Didn't make the bed

3 night stay, 3rd day the room bed was not made and plastic glasses and liner for ice bucket were not replaced. After asking ... for the cups and bucket liner, it took three people and 10 minutes to get them, and even tho I said don't bother with the bed making (as it was 6pm on last night), employee showed up with sheets 15 minutes later. Too little, too late.
