Everything that could have needed was on the property. You never had to leave the resort for anything unless you just wanted too. Everything offered was just a short walk away from where your room was. Who minds walking on the beach to go shopping, eating or playing?? Answer hopefully no one.

Get ready to spend!
Marianna Aug 10, 2009
The room was very nice, but there was some trash in one of the corners, and there was melted ice water in our ice bucket. I ... was disappointed that, with the price of the room that we paid, if we wanted to play tennis, or sit in a beach chair, we had to pay extra. Breakfast cost us $50, for two of us! That's pretty steep! The beach was nice and well-kept, as well as the grounds. Their staff was super-nice and attended to our every need.

We, had a wonderful time. The rooms were beautiful. Nice quiet beach, wonderful place to spend some time with spouse and ... just walk along the beach. To be honest, I am really not one of those people that comment on hotel stays. However, I really enjoyed my weekend stay. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful & Beautiful Weekend
Super Dupper Weekend Jun 21, 2009
This mini vacation was only for a weekend and just to get away, but the time that we had was the most fun and relaxing that ... we have ever had. The only problem that we had it was just to short. We are planning to go back and stay for a longer period of time sometime soon. The resort offered everything you really did not have to leave the property if you did not want too. However, the location was perfect as there many resturants and shopping centers and entertainment places just down the road. Perfect for couples or families.

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club Oceanfront room
Deb and Dave Jun 20, 2009
We had an oceanfront room with it's own refrigerator and mini bar...marble bath and very comfortable beds ...I have never had ... a more restful vacation. This place is rather expensive but well worth it and with Orbitz getting your room your will pay less. Try to go to Roy's (outside the resort) for dinner some night because it is excellent.

My husband and I took our two daughters (ages 2 and 3) for a two night, mid-week getaway. The place was great! Kids loved the ... pool, especially the slide, and the beach. Inn staff were all friendly and rooms were nice & clean. I have stayed at other places that were not as nice as this, but were more expensive. Overall, great experience. We will go back.

Inn is beautiful. food excellent. staff wonderful. our room was in the Island House by golf course, NOT the beach. This is ... the fartherest building from the Fitness Center and the beach. Inn charges for beach chairs for even an hour. not enough chaise lounges or chairs by the adult pool. We were there for a wedding so did not have dinner @ Inn but did have excellent breakfasts & lunches. friends said they loved the golf course's wide open fairways.

Very Hospitable
Roy Dec 24, 2008
The scenic ocean front resort, the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, is a most relaxing and beautiful place to stay located in a ... peaceful beach suburban neighborhood. The rooms are all mostly beach front, extremely clean, large, warm, and well appointed. This resort's experience starts wth a very friendly staff starting with the doormen and valets, reservationists, and the hospitality people. You are really treated as a guest, not a customer. The amenities are overwhelming. It is a hard choice to decide between 36 holes of golf, 16 tennis courts, the spa, the gym, the olympic pool, or all the activities associated with an oceanfront resort. There is a myriad of choices for entertainment and dining. From the elegant oceanside Seafoam Room to the casual experience. What truly made this resort a unique experience was the friendly and approachable staff.
