At Magical Memories Villas, you will find family-sized two, three and four bedroom vacation villas, which are located in the heart of Orlando's attractions area.
Take pleasure in the use of a beautifully furnished vacation villa that includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area and dining area, master bedroom with in-suite bath, two cable televisions and a DVD. Plus, all of our accommodations include an in-unit washer and dryer, and a complete set of linens and towels. Onsite amenities include; clubhouse with game room and gym, swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and tennis courts.
Magical Memories Elite Series of Villas are our most luxurious accommodations that we offer. These Villas are new and breathtaking, and offer more in amenities than our Standard Villas.
With our superior lodging and the area's fun-filled attractions, you're sure to take home Magical Memories.
Magical Memories Guest Service Center (Check-in/Check-out Office) is open daily from 8:00am - 8:00pm. If your arrival time does not correspond with these hours, please contact Magical Memories to receive before arriving for driving directions and after hour check-in procedures.
FEES:
Pet Policy: Pets are permitted only in certain units. Request must be mentioned when booking reservation. A Non-Refundable Pet Fee of fifty dollars ($50.00)* per pet for a Villa or Condo and seventy-five ($75.00)* for a Vacation Home will apply and must be prepaid. Maximum number of pets allowed per unit is two (2) and each pet must be under twenty-five pounds (25lbs). (* plus tax)
Cleaning Fees: There is a three (3) night minimum stay for a villa and a five (5) night minimum stay for a home, if the minimum stay is not meet the following cleaning fee will apply:
Two-bedroom villa - $60.00
Three-bedroom villa - $73.00
Four-bedroom villa - $85.00
Three-bedroom home - $75.00
Four-bedroom home - $90.00
Incidentals: Upon Check-in guests will be required to leave credit card imprint or two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) cash on deposit to cover any damages, losses and/or extra time cleaning/repairing the unit from the result of their stay.
Pool Heating: Pool Heating for Vacation Homes is available for an additional charge and required for entire length of stay; with a minimum of five (5) nights the fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00)* per day or two hundred ten ($210.00)* per week will be charged. (* plus tax)

We booked this condo instead of a single room to get some privacy from the kids without raising our budget. Upon arrival we ... were promptly assigned a condo in the Magical Memories Laguna Bay complex which we used as a base to go to the theme parks. It is well situated and there is plenty of shopping and dining within a short drive. The exterior of the condo was neat and clean and had plenty of parking and private security patrols. The interior was well laid out and was bigger than expected. Some of the hardware and fixtures needed repair. The furnishings were dated but acceptable--except for the master bed mattress which had exceeded its useful life. There is no internet/wifi provided. For the money we had a neutral experience overall. It would have been positive if the bed had been better.

Having the private pool was perfect for the kids. No hours to worry about. They got up in the morning and jumped in the pool. When we got back from attractions they jumped in the pool.

We used the house as a base for traveling to Gulf coast, Seaworld and Ocean side. Everything within semi-short distance. ... The 3 BDM house with private pool did cost more money but was great to have the pool and not have hours. Would have been nice to have access to the main area, since the house was a ways away and it did not have internet. When I asked where to get access I was directed to Perkins, which did not have open access.

I enjoyed the great floor plan within the room, and the wonderful queit location. I have stayed in multiple villas in the ... Orlando / Kissimmee area, and it is unfortunate that this place had the worst mattresses I've ever experienced. I have a bad back and tried the mattresses in all three bedrooms, and the sleeper sofa, but it didn't improve at all over my 3 day stay. I can't say for sure if all rooms are like this one, but this did not leave me wanting me to book another vacation here.

We needed a hotel that accepted pets and would sleep at least 6 people. The villa had the three bedrooms it promised, and we ... all slept comfortably and had two seperate bathrooms to share. It was ideal, plus it was very inexpensive once we split the cost among the three couples. We had made plans to go to Epcot, and the hotel is literally 1 exit from epcot. We were very close. I was a little confused, because [...] had said that this was a pet friendly hotel, we brought our 5 lb dog with us only to find signs saying no pets. so that was a bit strange. Also, if you are used to having your room cleaned daily, this may not be the place for you. The cleaning service does not come during your stay. Furthermore, although there are plenty of towels and a washer/dryer inside your apt, there is no front desk or cleaning staff to ask for soap, shampoo, or towels from. However, the villa/3br apt was clean, presentable, and very large. Best of all it was very affordable.I would stay at this location again, but next time i will probablly rent a house... all the houses on this property have their own pool,and hot tub, and private parking. i think that this is better for larger groups.

Wish i had something good to say about Magical Memories Appartments oh i meant Magical Memories Villas i mean it was an ... actual apartment complex. The rooms was lest than dersibale, dirty floors, dirty bathrooms, holes in sheets to the bed. Villa that was book was not the villa that i recived. Wanted to check out at check in. There would be NO magical memories for me and my family at magical memories apartments

Watch out, you may not get the villa you think you paid for. We were put in a shabby, run-down unit in serious need of a ... remodel. Nothing was like the pictures or description other than the number of bedrooms. It took an hour and a lot of aggravation to finally be upgraded to something close to what you see on this site and dealing with Orbitz was a nightmare. Once we were moved and finally started our vacation, we had no complaints!

The Elite Villa was great. Very spacious, clean and upgraded. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. The pool was ... great for our young children. The staff were courteous and accomodating. A great family place to stay. We would definately stay again.

The villa was not as promised. We reserved a "luxury" villa - I would hate to have seen the "normal" ones. The towels were ... crusty, the bed sheets were cheap, the kitchen amenities were flimsy and not well stocked, the showers were tiny, and the TV was from the 70s. Location was good and staff were friendly, but those are the only positives.

We had previously stayed at Windsor Hills which is an elite villa so we were hopeful that Encantada would live up to that ... title. Sadly it did not. The pools were small. The one day we went to the hot tub, there was a trash can in the hot tub and trash all around it. The ceiling light in the condo we stayed in had the plate that should be at the ceiling, hanging halfway down the chain. Very disappointing

when I walked in smell was horrible, it did not look anything like pictures, bed was only a double, furniture worn out, pool ... was tiny, we have never been to a place like this one , no smoking resort had burn holes in furniture nail sticking out of corner protector ruined shirt,pictures looked nice not the place we were placed in.

This was a huge disappointment! Nothing like the description! Dirty and outdated. Beds are uncomfortable and the bedding was ... old. There is no way this is a three star condo! Carpet coming up- and dirty. Three bedrooms and we were all fighting for the couch! There was a note on the thermastat to not go under 76 or system will break down! What! Called to be moved and was told they were filled- however, we were able to book at the same place, so they lied. We left the second day and stayed at a true 3-star hotel but ate the cost of the room to save our vacation! Because of how it's structured you may get a nice room or a nightmare room! The risk is too high! A little customer service would have gone a long way, or even a clean and updated place.

MAGICAL MEMORIES VILLAS, was a very nice property. The location was great. We were really close to Disney World. The ... amentites was fabulous. The rooms were very large and comfortable. There's shopping, entertainment & resturants very close by. We will definitely be staying at this property when we travel to Florida again.

We stayed 4 nights at our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom villa. Everything is organized and well kept. The beds were kind of ... hard but manageable. The restroom were clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. The washer and dryer in the house is a major PLUS because I can do laundry without leaving the place. It's home away from home. The location is close to restaurants, stores, and major streets. I would recommend and stay at this place again. This is good for family with kids and large group of people.

If you turn right onto 192 leaving the villa, there's a Target about 5 miles down on the left. If you turn left onto 192 and turn right onto 27, you'll see a Walmart on the right as soon as you get on 27. Both are about the same distance from the villas you'll be staying in, and it's easy to find your way back to the villa.

It is an easy 15-20 minute drive down Route 192 to any of the Disney parks. It is also not much farther (if at all) to Universal or Sea World. Also on 192 is Old Town with a few crazy rides you may want to stop and watch, even if you don't ride. There are also several miniature golf courses and one that contains bumper boats on 192.
