The staff was friendly, the service was good, the complimentary breakfast was as advertised, and the room was quiet. We were ... satisfied on these points. However, the place does need, shall we say, some renovation. The hallway smelled of disinfectant and the room was not in the tip-top shape that we had expected. The carpet needs replacing, and you could see, for example, dirt around the window handles, on the buttons of the air conditioner/heater, and in the cracks in the bathroom floor. At $57 per night, the cost was reasonable, however. All told, the place has seen better days, and so I would look elsewhere before staying there again.

While the trip to the graduation party was just another trip for me, for my working class poor sister and her family, it was ... to be a real treat. Our rooms, though ordered together, were as far apart as possible and mine smelled so strongly of stale smoke I couldn't breathe to sleep. I did enjoy the balcony, the rooms were clean, breakfast was good and the staff was welcoming.

This was a great price for this hotel, I suspect since there are quite a few other hotels in the area and road construction ... is keeping traffic down a bit. The hotel is a few years old, and it shows in the carpet, but the bed was excellent.

Restaurants helpings are way to large, so my husbsnd and I order one meal and let the server know that we will be sharing. We have saved alot of money doing this for the past four years and it helps to keep your weight down too. Usually when we share a meal they always seem to extra food.
