Good value hotel

Because I was required to pre-pay through [...], I was unable to depart earlier than planned although I finished my business ... a day early. The hotel indicated that this was an [...] requirement, not Marriott. Regardless, it was inconvenient and expensive to not be able to depart earlier and apply a refund to the pre-paid amount.

We went to Pensacola to hang out at the beach. It wasn't that close but it wasn't that bad of a drive. The Hotel was really ... nice and it was a really good stay. The only thing that I did not like was that you had to pay for the breakfast if you wanted it there at the hotel. It was just a little to much for my taste. I think they should at least offer it as part of the stay. I would love to stay there again.

Decent hotel. Clean with friendly staff. Large bed and very large room. The internet was kinda slow, but not awful. Overall a ... good place for the price.

We were very pleased with stay at the Courtyard. We would book again in a heartbeat. I particularly liked the high ceilings ... in the room. The location was perfect for our stay. It was a hugh difference from our stay at a facility that was in the same vicinity and oddly enough under the Marriott umbrella.

The check-in process was very efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked having a flat screen TV in the ... room. I forgot my phone cord for internet access, so I was able to unplug the phone cord from the telephone and plug it directly to my laptop foe easy access to the internet. I enjoyed staying at this hotel, which is also directly accross the street from the mall.

The Courtyard by Marriott Pensacola was a very comfortable and clean place to stay. The staff was friendly. Checking in and ... out was a breeze. The room was large with a sofa and desk with a DSL line. It was convenient to shopping and items of interest. The vanity was separate from the bathroom and there was coffee in the room. The space to hang clothes was adequate. But, I was most impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel.
