We had a mix up with the hotel shuttle service. You must call the shuttle if you arrive late at night and we were unable to ... contact the hotel at the numbers Orbitz provided, however, upon arrival the hotel confirmed the numbers as being correct.

Great service, very friendly staff - in fact, I wrote out a compliment card on two of the staff. Room was wonderful. Linens ... and sheets nice and thick. Bathroom and amenities nice. Only drawback was $3.00 Happy hour drinks were advertised and was actually charged $8.00 a piece for them. Otherwise HIGHLY recommend the hotel.

We only stayed in the hotel for a few hours between flights. They sent a pickup van as soon as we called (about 12:45 a.m.) ... The warm cookie greeting was nice. We got our meager 3 1/2 hours of sleep before heading back to LAX.

The Doubletree LAX El Segundo was very easy to get to from the car rental agency (maybe 5 -6 min). The warm chocolate chip ... cookies at check in were a nice touch. The room was very comfortable and clean. As someone else mentioned the parking right at the hotel is limited but there is a parking garage across the street with tons of parking. We would stay there again.

The Doubletree LAX was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was very courteous at all times(the warm ... cookie at check in was a nice touch!).The only issues I saw were not really issues to me at all. one elevator was in service that appeared to still be under renovation(only needed to go up or down 1 floor),and aside from the hotel,the closest restaurant was a couple of blocks down on Sepulveda blvd(I had a car).Overall my stay was great and I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone else.

This hotel is fantastic. I arrived after having my flight cancelled and then getting bumped off the replacement flight. The ... staff could not have been more welcoming after that experience. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and after my flight debacle boy, did I need it!
