Old, outdated, cheap, dirty....
Bogey304 Jan 20, 2010
My husband and I got this room for our ski trip. It is on the shuttle route, which is very convenient. The room was dirty. ... I wouldn't even sit in the upholstered chairs because of the stains. We ahd a jetted tub, but I wouldn't sit in the tub because everything looked so nasty. The spa tub by the pool only has 3 working jets! The place is in a very residential neighborhood and appears to be very working class. I felt less safe here than I ever have in Park City. Everything about the condo was cheap. If you're just looking for a crash pad and don't mind stains and nastiness, this is the place for you. The price was great, but I really should have paid more and got a much better room.

Awesome Condo for a weekend giveaway
College student Jan 12, 2010
I went there with my girlfried for her 21st birthday to enjoy main street in PC and the other attractions. It was a nice ... condo that had everything we needed. The tv was a little out dated but i have no complaints whatsoever. I checked in late and that was not a problem at all. I would definately stay there again.

Pretty reasonable price. We stayed at a studio. The room size is space enough to stay for 4 days with 2 adults. The ... building may be little bit old, you may hear the next/upstairs room's noise. Free parking and free internet access. There are some restaurants within walking distance.

A Saturday night stay while taking in the Warren Miller Ski movie worked out just fine. The off season rate was very ... reasonable, the room was nicey appointed, though quite small. I took advantage of the heated pool and the hot tub. There was no ice machine?

Great price for what you get
one tired couple Oct 19, 2009
I was thrilled to only pay $39.00 a night and there was litterally a walking path to the Marriott hotel where the conference ... was we attended each day. I would not have paid more then $39.00 a night as it would not be worth it. The check in process was very frustrating because we had to drive to another location because no attendant was at the actual building we stayed in and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. We could also hear people in the above and next door rooms at all hours of the night & the hall ways stunk really bad. I feel we got the value we deserved for the money.

Confusing Check-in
TLH Aug 14, 2009
It was close enough to shopping and restaurants yet away from much of the noise that accompanies these places. The bus ... stopped right outside our hotel but since we had to keep the windows open (no air conditioning), it woke us up every morning around 7:00. Many people were confused by the lack of a front desk staff. We arrived around 6:00 and we had to use a code to get in and then use a courtesy phone to gain access to a safe with our room and the code to access our room. We hung out in the lobby while we did laundry and probably helped at least 8 travelers who were confused with the process.

Bro J Aug 3, 2009
The outside of the building did not match the picture on the web. The inside is going through a remodel so some parts looked ... old and some parts looked new. The Room was done in wild life and was a surprise to see. For the price I will go there again.

Very nice stay for a great price
JJaea Jul 30, 2009
Our room was VERY nice - granite countertops, great bed, large kitchen - all for a really good price. Within a 20-ish minute ... walk to downtown Park City along the railroad bike path. The pool and hot tub were closed while we were there (early June), but not a big deal overall. The one downside was there is not very much insulation in the building, so we could hear just about everything going on in the room above us. Overall, a great place though!

5 day stay in Park City Jul 28, 2009
The Carraige House is a very nice hotel in a great location. I stayed in an adorable room with kitchenette and fantastic ... views. Restaurants, grocery stores and recreational activities were within an easy walk. The walls were a little thin- you could hear the TV in the next room. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Decent Place to Stay
lois lane Jul 27, 2009
This hotel was in the process of being remodeled so I don't know if we were in one of the remodeled rooms or one of the rooms ... not yet worked on. The carpet wasn't perfect, the t.v. cable wire stuck out and the air conditioning wasn't hooked up. The California king size bed was great, the bathroom and kitchen were nice. Our kids loved swimminmg in their pool which was a little small and crowded at times. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great - very close to downtown Park City.

We are SLC locals who just wanted to get out of the heat and go to Park City for a night. This hotel was great. The rooms ... were nice and comfortable. They were a bit small, but included a kitchenette.. which was nice. It was really close to Main Street and everything else we wanted to do. It was a great value.. we would stay there again.

Checked in after hours. Got a run around to get codes to get into building and room. After hours check in had a lack of ... security. Leaving infromation in a safe that others have code to doesn't seam safe to me. Customer service wanted me to give credit card info over phone in a lobby. I refused due to the lack of privacy. The place was dated and run down. Our bed wasn't stable and knocked the wall everytime we moved. The bathtub was old and needed to be calked. I am glad that I got a good deal on the price... not worth staying at if you are paying full price. Oh, and the construction on the outside of the building was a great wake-up call in the morning! It was old, frustrating and I question how secure the night check-in is. Not the romantic get away that we were hoping for.

KF, Bargain Traveler Jul 6, 2009
This was a great deal. Location is good, but not great. Room was very small and a bit outdated. However, we do not go to ... Park City to stay in our room, so much more to do. So we were happy with the comfort and cleanliness. Staff was very friendly. Pool is small and the sun only shines on it right at mid day as it is in the middle of the complex, but it was clean and in good repair.
