westin waltham hotel staff is extremely helpful. they bend over backwards to make your stay just the way you want it. the ... overall condition of the hotel is a bit tired however the beds are sooooooooooo comfortable!!!!! This was my second stay here and I will continue to come back mostly due to the helpful staff, central location and great price offered!!!!

From the moment I checked in until I checked out the staff was friendly and helpful. The desk clerk [...] was wonderful and ... went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would tell my friends what a great experience I had at the Westin. I would stay there again.

Great room, lobby, and staff, but I found that I paid $20 dollars a night more on Orbitz for the room than I would have paid ... if I'd checked the hotel's website for special weekend deals. I also was surprised that I had to pay $9 per night to park so far outside of Boston.

I stay there a fair amount, which says something. There are close to a dozen hotels within a 1/4 mile of Exit 27 there. ... Still, I'm never entirely happy with it. Last time I was there the alarm clock in my room went off at 3:00 in the morning. The breakfast buffet costs more than $20, but it's pretty good. The dinner menu is pretty mediocre.

The hotel was nice and it was a good price with the orbitz discounts. My husband really liked the fitness center. We had a ... great 4 day weekend trip. Salem was close by,we drove the short drive and spent the day walking and touring the town. Great shops with different and unique items. Family was a short drive in the opposite direction and we were able to visit with them.

The Westin Waltham Boston was comfortable but the carpet in the room seemed a little worn out. The staff at the hotel were ... very friendly and prompt in their service specially valet/conceirge guy in the evening. Staff at the breakfast place was nice and helpful. Overall it was pleasant experience but could have been better. Oh! the parking system needs improvement. I do not see a point in having to swipe the card going in (understandable) but why while leaving (something that does not make sense). If I entered the place by swiping I am legite guy and shouldn't have to swipe my room card while leaving. It created huge backups some mornings and even on some evenings.

The Westin room size was large, the layout very comfortable. Except for the lack of suitcase stands I found the room and stay ... very pleasant. The shower facility was fabulous- the controls conveniently located and labelled, compared to othet hotels. The choice of shower head, dual hand grips, and the room was well lighted. I did not notice many restaurants in the area, but the service in the hotel was fine. There is much I can say about the room and its offerings. Suffice it to say that I'd not hesitate staying at the Westin Waltham and perhaps other Westins given the high standard of this hotel and my very satisfactory experience at this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Westin Waltham near Boston. The room was big and clean. There was ample space for the king sized ... bed and long desk and bureau. It was very comfortable. The staff was curteous and helpful. The train to Boston was several miles away, but easy to get from the hotel. The hotel was only a couple of miles from some wonderful restaurants too.

The Weston in Waltham, MA was a very pretty place. However, the bathroom floors were dirty and your room can be a little ... walk to the elevator. The beds were very comfortable but I was very disappointed that you have to pay for parking extra. It is right at the hotel in a garage. There is adequate hanging space for clothes with 2 luggage stands but the supplies are not supplied on a daily basis. The location is good to go to Salem, Plymouth or Boston. Real close to interstate 95. There are tolls if you use the interstate roads.

This hotel was very clean and friendly atmosphere, really like the appearance walking in the front entry. The rooms are ... nice, little old, but kept up, only complaint somewhat noisy with people banging doors at night, but otherwise quite comfortable and would recommend this as a nice place to stay. Convenient to highway and all business and shopping locations around to visit. Very lartge hotel and nice place for weddings to take place at.

upon cheking in i went to my room to find it was still occupied so i was giving another room this room was not very clean ... but i didnt want to complain when i went to bed i found a used condum from the last guest in the bed also it was loud all night and the smell of cigerate smoke really bothered me (moke free?) i complained the next morning and they made feel like a jerk so needless to say this stay was terrible

We recently spent a couple nights in Waltham on a vacation to New England. The location is very convenient to Boston, and ... the drive in isn't bad during non rush hours. We were suprised the hotel charged its guests $9/night to park in their garage, but other than that the hotel was very good for the price. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The Melting Pot is about 10 minutes or so from the hotel. It's a fondue restaurant, and the food is great!!
