Some Good, Some Bad

There was no bed skirting on beds, when i asked the clean up crew why. They informed me that the hotel had some renovations ... going on. The hotel was not overbooked and there were other rooms available. I feel that they should have put me in a room that was completely finished opposed to one they were still working on.

The staff was the BEST !! Friendly & helpful :) Could use an upgrade on the types of, or updated matresses. Loved the ... seperate living room bedroom.

The location was great, one mile from universal, walking distance from wet n' wild. this hotel was very quiet, for a while i ... was convinced we were the only ones on our floor. We did find a wired colored stain on one of the mattresses in our room (but if you look hard enough, you'll find stains in any hotel room). We told the front desk and was immediately issued another room, which was clean. Pool(very small), game room, exercise room(small & limited), and a little gift shop were all on site. Overall, for the price, the hotel was fine. I would stay there again.

I've stayed in Country Inns at other locations and they're usually nice. This one is a notch below those. While the staff ... was friendly, the room had a bad odor (bought incense to fix), and housekeeping was poor (dirty bathroom, only one bed made). The exercise room was low quality. Breakfast wasn't too bad.

Great hotel - minutes away from most attractions and parks. Very good value for the price, rooms were well maintained, staff ... was friendly and breakfast was just right. If you are not looking to spend alot and still have fun then this is the place.

I wasn't sure what to expect for the price. The hotel exceeded my expectations 10X's over. Personally, I don't see how they ... can do it. Between the staff saving us money at some of the attractions. And the Fantastic breakfast every morning, we saved almost the price of the room, without a doubt. Best bang for your buck for sure. It was great, minutes away from all the biggest attractions in Orlando, it was very clean, the only problem is if you really ... want to use the pool it is very small, but Wet n Wild is right down the road. Not too good with amenities, but why worry when there is everything you can imagine for all ages to do within 5-10 minute drive. But everything was fantastic.

my husband and i wanted to be able to rest after a long day at universal studios and islands of adventure. our room was quiet ... and comfortable. the bathroom was clean. it was really packed so parking was a little crazy but other than that, no problems.

We got to the hotel 15 mins before the check in time but nobody bothered about that. We got checked in with no problem, ... hassle free, and the staff always smile to us. We got free upgrade to a suite when the staff learned that we were on our honeymoon. Thank you so much :) The suite was very nice, everything was very clean and in great condition. The complimentary breakfast were very delicious (especially the waffle !!). We didn't swim in the pool but it looks like a nice pool. We worked out about 1 hour in the fitness center (opened 24/7 which is a great plus). The equipment were all working, but a little maintenance would need to be done on some. The hotel was a lot bigger than we expected and very clean. The hotel's location was perfect for us. We knew that it was less than 2 miles away from Universal Studio, but we didn't expect the ride to Universal from the hotel to be so nice, fast, and the traffic was great. The hotel also located near Walgreen, TGI Friday, gas station, mcDonald, and several restaurants. We will definitely stay there again next trip. :)

the hotel wasn't. very friendly staff. great location. breakfast sucked. staff needs to be more organized...paid for my trip ... through orbitz...when i went to check out they tried to charge me again...make sure you keep your copy of your confirmation..i had to show proof that i already paid
