My first stay at Swissotel. Booked 10 nights, but stayed only 8. They upgraded my room which i really apreciated. The ... hotel seemed half empty while I was there. Excercise room and spa is shared with Fairmonth hotel. The steam and the dry sauna in the spa is accompanied by a realy nice cold plunge bath, but it could use some rooms for laying down on a bed relaxing inbetween sauna cycles. Hotel is straight above an MTR (subway) and connectde to a nice shopping center. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone!

We did all the sightseeing ,excercised,went for dinner and enjoyed the pool.We "lost" a nigt gown when the maid changed the ... bed.And the service we got when they found it was great.They served us a bottle of wine in the room with some fruit and a big apology in a letter.Very professional.A nice touch. The only thing we reacted on was the price for the brekfast.I have traveleld all over the world but that took the prize I think $ 40 it is a bit too much.
