Better than expected

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent as was the cleanliness of our suite. The breakfast buffet was excellent ... and was included. The pool looked very nice, although we were too busy to use it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is less than five minutes from Sea World and about ten minutes from Disney World. Main highway access is around the corner, which was a great time saver.

Hotel was very well located near parks, I -trolley available for transportation as well as cabs. I wish there were more ... stores in walking distance but over all stay was great. I went to Discovery Cove which is a must do for anybody going to Orlando. I also went to Sea World for one day. Very nice clean and organized.

Very nice facility in a very convenient location. Rooms are roomy and spotless. Beds are comfortable. We were very ... disappointed with the continental breakfast. Rubbery eggs and ham, mystery meat links. Corned beef hash was too salty. Biscuits and gravy were tasteless.

Great place and on the budget. Just the breakfast is not fantastic. But the rooms (that are actually little apartments) have ... everything you need for cooking simple meals. Also, in January was not too crowded but breakfast was already a bit chaotic - it may be a hassle in the summer.

If you need to purchase groceries, do so at the Walmart (short drive away) and not at the little local supermarkets which are outrageously expensive!

I was there on vacation, the location of the hotel was excellent, everything was near. I visited all the parks and it was a ... less than 10 minute drive to almost all of thems, Sea World is a 2 minute drive! The hotel was clean, the room was large and the service was great. The room looked like a studio apartment, with a large refrigerator and a kitchenette. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is the best hotel I've had in all my trips to Orlando. I've already recommended it to my friends and when I return to Orlando, I will stay there.

Pizza shop advertisements were slid under your door everyday, and the hotel knew this went on, but would not stop it. They ... had a notice in your room, stating this happens and to ignore it. The room was a little small for the cost and for being a suite. I will try another hotel next time, if I go back again.

Our stay at this hotel was very relaxing, comfortable, and convenient. It had everything we needed from a hotel. The rooms ... were spacious and comfortable. Everything was in working order, and all the staff was very friendly. The morning breakfast buffet was a very welcome start to the day, without ever having to leave the hotel. The pool and outside hot tub areas were both very nice, and all the grounds well cared for. This hotel is "Pet-Friendly", which I was unaware of at the time of booking. There were a couple instances where I heard the barking of dogs, but not enough to cause a bother, considering how many dogs were actually there. It would have been helpful for me to know this information in advance of booking the room though. All in all, a good place to stay with the family.

Take advantage of the continental breakfast at the hotel. It's only a short elevator ride , and worth it, so you don't have to navigate the traffic to find a breakfast spot.

Super Friendly Staff - especially "Will" at the front desk. It's just 5 minutes to Sea World, easy to find with a GPS. The ... room was spacious and clean. The breakfast in the morning is good, but very crowded - word has spread about the place!

The hotel is not near ANYTHING! I asked reception about car service to the strip (which is anything on International Drive) ... as well as service to the airport upon my checkout, and was told the starting rate is $45.00. My room over looked the highway and the hotels parking lot which the noise alone enabled sound sleep. i paid $5.00 for two sodas at the hotels sundry ills shop and $27.00 for two cheesburgers w/fries. i understand things are expensive but when your hotel is not located near town you should offer more things to do within the hotel (cost effectively).

if you don't have a car, RENT ONE! the hotel tells you there's shuttles to all the theme parks but they don't tell you that the shuttle runs only twice a day once at 7:10AM then at 10:30 AM and that's it. GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR and that's why they offer the service to you for FREE!

The rooms were amazing and comfortable. The staff was helpful and kind and quite honestly the best hotel stay I've ever had. ... They answered all our questions (even the rather obvious ones) without acting superior and always made us feel welcome, even when we checked out. I don't think it could have been better.

Just ask at the front desk , they are friendly and very helpfull. Need an address or a reservation at a restaurant, just ask . They staff is extremely helpfull.

i noticed while reading reviews about seaworld that many reviews stated that marriott was a short distance from seaworld and that you could actually walk. we drove to seaworld and it was not as short of a distance as i thought and i was glad we did not decide to walk.
