This is not a new property, but it was spotlessly clean & the staff were fantastic. A decent free breakfast, working free ... wireless, nice pool, huge room with kitchenette. Very pleasant. Funny, I was thinking that the carpets looked a little shabby & on my last day there I saw them cutting new ones out in the parking lot.

There are two Residence Inns close to DisneyWorld, this one is about a mile further north. But, very easy access to the 4 ... with its own on-ramp south on the 4 - quick to get to the WDW park. Super close to Sea World. This is a relatively new Residence Inn, well kept up. Large rooms/suites, full kitchen very comfortable. Lots of rooms, so long hallways and the elevators are on two ends of the building, not in the middle above the lobby. So, if you stay for awhile on the upper floors, pick a room close to the elevators on the ends. Nice big hot breakfast buffet line and friendly staff. Wonderful place to stay and a good value.

I've stayed here before, twice actually, and I would definitely stay here again. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff ... is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quite good and the Castaway bar and grill are great too. The bar might be a little bit pricey but all in all, a great experience I would reccomend this hotel to anybody.

Great hotel, great complimentary breakfast buffet. Location is not that good, a little bit out of the way, you definetly need ... a car. Also, a couple next to us while eating breakfast was told that their car was broken in too. We also wanted to purchase a few things at their store but the person working had no idea what the prices were, he just made some prices up. besides all that, The hotel was nice and rooms were clean.

Went to Orlando for a conference with some R&R around it. Found it a great place to be half-way between downtown for the ... conference and the parks...and right next to Sea World. Everyone was so nice and the buffet breakfast was great...with plenty of room to find a table vs those small hotel breakfast rooms. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff is pleasent. The continental breakfast is definetly a plus. For families or even ... couples who are on a budget on their trip this is one less meal you have to worry about. Breakfast includes hot meals such as eggs, grits, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, suasage, ham etc not to mention cold meals. The hotel is conviently located right smack next to Sea World and about 20 min to Disney. We really enjoyed our stay!!!!

We stayed for seven days the hotel location was only 18 min away from Sea World on foot. The rooms are nice size like an ... apartment. The free Breakfast was delicious. The room was very nice and clean. The pool was a lot of fun we enjoy it very much. Pizza Hut Express was right at the pool for dinner and the Cast-away bar& grill was also good for drinks. They had shuttle bus to take you to Disney World and to Universal Studio. You would need to rent a car if you are going to get some grocery. Overall,this hotel is a teriffic place to stay I would highly recommend it. Laura

Very nice appearance on exterior and interior. Wonderful FULL HOT breakfast. The city bus has stops within a block and the ... city trolley has a pickup on the main street in front of the hotel. The hotel provides limited morning shuttles to them parks, so make sure you know the times the night before.

It was a pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast was a nice variety and they even offered Soy Milk! Very close to SeaWorld ... and Aquatica and the hotel does not charge you for parking.

Just ask at the front desk , they are friendly and very helpfull. Need an address or a reservation at a restaurant, just ask . They staff is extremely helpfull.

i noticed while reading reviews about seaworld that many reviews stated that marriott was a short distance from seaworld and that you could actually walk. we drove to seaworld and it was not as short of a distance as i thought and i was glad we did not decide to walk.

Make sure you bring some transportation. I wish I would have rented a car during our stay. The cost for one days travel was an average of $45 dollars. There was plenty of parking so that would not have been a problem. Transportation from the airport was $37 dollars and it took off from there. Rent a car, its worth it.

Just a hint the food at the pool is O.K. but i'd recommend ,,go to Publix down the street and stock up ,there's really great kitchens in the rooms , take advantage of them and the local area restraunts are great..at the hotel bar don't exspect a drink to fast the male bartender is never behind the bar and the female bartender can't take her eyes off the T.V. , the drinks are good when you finally get them
