The rooms were very small, but if you are staying there on buisness for no more than a week, it really isn't that bad. ...

The Lady Who Was Denied a Refund Jul 14, 2009
In Bossier City, La,I couldn't beleive this hotel receive a four star rating. The hotel looked like the projects. When I ... arrived at the office, noticed a large tear in the ceiling.When I got to my room, I couldn't believe it. It smelled horrible. Looked like there was mold in the ceiling. My bed looked like a twin size bed. The room was really small. There wasn't anywhere to sit except the bed. The terrible smell and stuffiness triggered my asthma in less than 5 minutes. I called the office to have her check on my reservation. She never got back to me. So, I went back to the office with my luggage and explained that they has given me the wrong me, about the smell, the ceiling and how it looked like there was a leak, and my asthma. She VERY RUDELY said there was nothing else available. Also, there were three other customers complaining that their refrigerators were leaking. I overheard her calling maintenance to see about checking on another room regarding some pluming. Again, the clerk was very rude. I explained that since she did not have another room available, that I would not be able to stay at the hotel because the room has triggered my asthma. She said that since I had already pre-paid through Orbits I could not get a refund. I called Orbits and explained to them what happeed that the agent told me that I could not get a refund and the he would call the Hotel and speak with the clerk. He asked me to hold the line. I was on hold for 20 minutes and he never came back on the line. I ended up having to spend money on another hotel. Because it was Fourth of July most of the hotels was already booked for the weekend. I managed the get another hotel through another agency. I was very disappointed. I will never use Orbits for my hotel stay again.

THE HOTEL HAD A GREAT SHOWER AND GOOD AIR CONDITIONING. iT IS ALSO A GREAT LOCATION NEAR SHOPPING, FOOD AND GAMBLING. HOWEVER ... NO AMENTIES ....NOT EVEN A ICE MACHINE. OVERALL THE HOTEL IS SO..SO..

the front desk service was friendly and had no problem checking in. Room could of been a little cleaner, dirty dish in sink ... and shower area was not really clean. but I liked the location. and besides those two things overall stay was ok.
