Will never stay there again..

First of all, I requested a non smoking room and they gave us a smoking room. When we went down to advise, they stated they ... did not have anymore non smoking rooms with double beds which meant we ended up having to stay in a room that did not accomodate the people. They gave us a room first where the door card did not work. Each time we left the room, the hotel attendant had to come up and let us in the room. Walls were paper thin and we could hear the entire conversation of the people in the next room. When we finally moved and got a non smoking room it was on the same floor and I could still smell the smoke.
