Room service food was BAD. We ordered Pizza and the topping on the pizza was bad. the pepperonies were green and smelt bad ... and we had to pay $40.00 for bad food that made you sick just smelling it.

I was taking my daughter to CSULB. We drove from the Central Coast. The room service and food were great for us. I didn't ... know how it was all going to work out but after a hot, sweaty move in, she asked to go back to the hotel. She'd said she slept better than ever in the room/bed the night before. We came back, cleaned up and she heard from her roommate and I took her back to her dorm. I came back to the hotel, some nice food, nice staff and a night better than I expected.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was nice and relaxing after a day filled with fun. The staff was very nice and helpful ... and that helped us to enjoy our stay a lot better. The only problem we encountered during our stay was the tiny bathroom. You opened the door and immediately bumped into the tub and toilet. There was hardly any room too move around and that gets tough when your trying to get children to bathe.

The room was fine. It would've been nice if it had a little refrigerator in the room but the only thing that really needed to ... be fixed was the sliding glass door. It just needed some weather stripping because it didn't quite close all the way and it was very noisy with the airport being right there. The great thing about the hotel was that it was right next to the freeway.

Nice view from the top flor dining room. Good service and surprisingly good presentation and quality of dishes we ordered. ... High marks for an HI. Bed and pillows weren't so great. I would insist on a king bed. Staff was good and it's very convenient to Long Beach Airport.

The room i stayed in was comfortable but i one hting i didn't like was that it was 11:00 am and housekeeping was trying to ... open my door to clean. I was aware that check out was at 12:00pm and it was a little unconfortable to have someone opening my door. Also when i was checking out the people at the counter were not too friendly. They were arguing and it seemed like they could not handle their job, very unprofessional i would say. Over all it was o.k.

i recomemd going to belmont shore if you're looking for a good place to eat and shop. It's a lovely place and when the weather is good, it's beautiful to just take a walk.

If you visit is for business and not down by the harbor this is a great choice, just off of the freeway and close to the ... airport and offices in the area. Dining at the top floor provides a nice view and the rooms were well maintained. I enjoyed the short visit we had and will use this hotel again.
